We called a day a head to make a reservation for party of 20 adults + 8 kids for Sunday at 3pm, at first lady on the line said they dont take reservation until I mentioned how many people , however the manager was able to handle it by taking our deposit which understanable and we told them we will be in for early dinner which was about 3pm Sunday. The server and other staff were able to handle our orders perfectly and for handling our large crowd nicely, food and drinks were great, it was my wife BD. Some of our friends and family left right after they were done eating, so we moved to smaller tables as dinner crowd started coming in around 6pm, but we were still drinking and hanging out. I had to deduct 1 star coz after we ate this happened….they asked us if we were still using the tables that we are sitting, which we had given 3 tables out of 6 back already to them and all who were left gathered in one corner occupied about 12 seats I felt like they wanted us to leave as soon as we were done eating and not hanging out afterward, but we still called more round of shots and drinks not like we were just sitting around. Bartender some how seemed unhappy with us for taking all his glasses? LOL.

Loved the Ahi Tuna Bowl for something on the lighter side that still has enough substance for a dinner meal. Would absolutely order it again. Margaritas were mixed strong enough, especially if paired with that tuna bowl! Seems pricier than I’d expect for the food we got (but everything is more expensive these days, so maybe it’s on par). There is a happy hour until 6pm. Staff were pretty attentive, and they did a good job of accommodating kids. The space is big, and sound bounces everywhere. Even at the early end of dinner service, it was so loud that our small group was making an effort to talk over the din, and I was glad to leave the space for an auditory breather.

Many moons ago, Jeremy,Jake,Ryan,Gab, all worked at the old location, super nice friendly staff, lady and I enjoyed the service and they are over here now ,the food is fabulous, I didn’t know they had wings, first time for me, they are the best, happy hour all day Monday, Margarita are better than Jose Peppers, the service is 10 times better than any Mexican food joints in Kansas, this is must place to eat and you won’t regret it

Cactus Grill is a fast casual Tex-mex restaurant. I think it serves its purpose well in its location. The food here was pretty average, nothing stood out in particular. Price to quality was average as well. I think this is a fine restaurant for a weekday evening meal. This fulfilled my personal minimum standards and expectations for this genre of restaurant.

The food is reasonable and good. The service is always top notch. They are friendly despite always being very busy. Our waitress was doing math problems with my son in her spare time. Reasonable lunch special prices for a beef tamale and short rib enchilada. The free fried pork skins was yummy and a nice change to the usual chips and salsa. Server and host were attentive and accommodated substitutions. Restroom was clean. I would eat here again!
