The food here used to be good a couple years back but the last few times I have ordered . It has tasted horrible . No seasoning at all on the meat ! Carne molida is literally white . Patacones SOOOO DRY AND HARD but what made me write this review is the fact I ordered a lemon juice and it wasn’t even a real lemon juice it was margarita mixer with water . SO MUCH WATER . And I paid $6 for water basically .

I was craving a cachapa and saw them online. It had 4 stars. Made a mistake of not reading the most recent reviews. So I went in and asked to for a cachapa with cheese, literally what they are named for. The woman serving me said she had to check if they had any. She asked the person in the kitchen. She came back and said yes they had them. Next thing I Hear the hum of a microwave. I was hoping that they weren’t heating it up and it was fresh. SPOILER ALERT IT DIDNT TASTE FRESH. Second issue was the price, online and in the store on the billboard it said 7.50 however when I was charged it said 10.11. I asked why and the person stated the prices went up, See I understand that but it needs to be posted somewhere. I said ok, and left with my food. When I opened it up, it looked burnt, and the takeout box was melted, I assumed because they heated it up in the styrofoam box itself. I took a bite, It’s so bitter and tangy, and somehow burnt. Not good at all. I wouldn’t go back. It’s sad because I wanted to like this place. Head my warning always check the reviews and filter by most recent. Not worth the your time and money.

This place USED TO BE GOOD.. but not anymore. Their Yaroas are waaaayyy too oily and salty. The patacones more often than not are very hard and dry the platanos just seem like they have been cooked a long time ago. Not to mention the burnt food and melted styrofoam i have also gotten before. I honestly wont be coming back, sad to say.

This used to be a very good restaurant, I mean they have very delicious food but lately they been having the worst customer service and the food has been terrible , I picked up my order and I wish I would’ve checked my food when I was there because my food was burned. It was so burn that it was hard as a rock. I mean it is super visible that the food is burn why would you send a customer the food like that.

This is the nastiest place, I have ever been. There was a homeless sitting there and was really disturbing. He stank so bad. We waited over 40 minutes for just a “quipe” it was disgusting. Never again.

Bro, I ordered a chicken burrito and regular arrepas. HOW IN THE HELL DO I GET A HOTDOG WITH GROUND BEEF ON IT AND 3 PLATES OF FRIES WITH GROUND BEEF AND PORK. Also, my uber eats driver informed me that they gave him trouble in shop telling me they messed up the order before and they won’t make it again or something. I am utterly astonished that they can send this out and just be okay with it… This is a disgrace.

This place is filthy. The bathroom door is completely off center and the hinges broken and you cannot lock the door at all and the bathroom is dirty and disgusting. No soap or anything. Filthy.

Food is dry and old. Juices are good. I bought a Chimi, Yaroa and a Patacon. The plantains of the Patacon were very hard, you could tell it was not fresh. The Yaroa was OK. The Chimi was like eating a rubber sole. Look at the pictures of the meat. The sauce in a Chimi is just as important as the meat and these people put so little! Bread had sauce on one side and dry on the other. The meat though, look at that meat please. Surpringly the juices were good. So 1 star for juices!
