Went there fornthe first time. Cabo Bob’s is celebrating their 15 years Anniversaries. I ordered a burrito with Chicken. The chicken was very good and everything else on it. The warp was freshly made and press by the machine. I would said a little better then your Chipotle. One thing I don’t like is their ice tea. Here is what the burrito look like. They have very hot sausage there you get for your burrito.

Today we ordered the chicken bowl with extra chicken and the nachos with chicken. Food was fresh and excellent! Very flavorful and fresh with great service. Don’t forget the dessert (brownie). Mr. Jeremiah provided excellent service, he walked and checked on all the customers making sure nobody needed anything.

Awesome breakfast tacos! Remember the cook as the order comes in, like What Burger, so they are not a “fast food” place. But the food is worth the wait! Homemade tortillas as fresh as your order. We love their fish tacos also. Updated: I had a cheese quesdilla with a side of guacamole, and my son had the “3 tacos” with brisket. He likes meat only. They were delicious. I was surprised with my side of guacamole, as it was so fresh and just as good as Pappasitos guacamole. I also love the buttermilk flour tortillas, they taste better at Cabo Bob’s. Of course we buy bottled Mexican coke, it is made with cane sugar, and yes it tastes better! I ate inside today, and wow! They keep the restaurant spic and span. They also have a customer punch card!

The number six brisket burrito with all the trimmings was large and in charge….superbly tasty. We visited a bob in Austin a few years back and loved it. Glad they made it to Htown and have the same high quality.

Let me first start off by saying I love this place so much that I have been here four times in one week. I know.. that’s excessive but it’s THAT good. I love the endless options I feel I have when walking into Cabo bobs. Their customer service is also A1. Sweet and I mean sweet staff members who truly enjoy working here. The food taste great. The ambiance just feels great to enjoy dinner with your kids or hang out with friends. It’s a great place to try out. My recommendation is the #6 and their nachos! There is only ONE con and it’s so small it doesn’t affect the rating. The con is no one is at the front of the line asking you if you’ve ever been to Cabo Bob’s before and how it works. Our first visit was confusing to us but after reading all the signs we got the hang of it but someone greeting would be nice. Other than that man.. no complaints it’s awesome!

Great casual indoor dinning and drive-thru burrito/taco/nacho/bowls/salad spot! They are a big step up from other places by giving you different flavors of tortilla options, along with fresh ingredients, topping and sauces, all which they prepare in house! From breakfast tacos, to a variety of meats (my fav was Brisket) or veggies to choose from! You can choose from fillings like these: Sauted Veggies, Grilled onions, Grilled Chicken, Pulled pork, Chopped beef brisket, Grilled steak and even Crispy Fish!!! Of course breakfast you can get fresh scramble eggs and bacon options. Sweets- Brownies and blodies. Great place to bring grandpa, grandma and is kid friendly! I almost forgot! They have tres lesches ☕️ coffee, it was wonderful and everything tasted great! They cater also. (The chips are gluten free, not the tortillas though) SEATING note- most of the seating and tables are stationary with bar stools and pic-nic benches. They do have around 10 tables with pull out chairs, if someone has a wheelchair, stroller or condition that requires a movable/removable seat

My family loved it, might be our fav place in Meadows. The tortillas are freshly made. The beans are also so yummy! My husband tried the fish tacos and they were great! Our babies loved the rice and beans we got. The smoked cheese tortilla is so yummy! Def a place to try with the family!

First off, I love cabo bob’s fish tacos as it was my go to back in Austin. No complaints at other locations; delicious and consistent food, quick service, and correct orders. I’ve been over 100 times collectively over all locations. When I found out they were opening their southwest location, I was ecstatic as it is more convenient than the fountain view location. I always order online and have never had any issues at the fountain view location, but for some reason, I’ve had several issues at this location. When I tried curbside, I informed them I arrived, waited 15 minutes, and ended up having to go in to grab the order. When I picked up the order in store, the cashier was busy serving the in store customers so didn’t get to me until after everyone in line, but I thought there should be 2 separate lines for in store and carry out. When I tried drive thru, I had to wait 10 minutes to get a response from the intercom and another time I waited 15 minutes at the drive thru just to get my food. And I understand it takes a while to make an order, but I order all of these in advance online. They have forgotten ingredients in my orders 3 times even though I have the same order every time. I want this location to be successful, but it’s hard to come back when I’ve been disappointed by the service.

I’ve never had outstanding service on the level of this place. I was waiting for my friend and two employees politely checked on me and gave me a rundown of the menu and specials. I got the deluxe fish and my sister got the Baja fish, both of which were amazing. The fish was fresh and fried perfectly, the onions I asked for were fresh too, and the manager checked on all the guests including us after we finished. They’re cheaper than chipotle and Pacific Tacos and most importantly the tortillas are made fresh in front of you. The whole staff is super nice and I’m glad it’s right by me. If Jeremiah sees this, please know I mean all of it and I’ll be returning often.
