This is a cool eatery in the heart of downtown Medford. They have authentic Argentina empanadas that are very delicious. All the workers (the day I was there) are Chilean nationals. The Empanadas were $4.75, and it would take about 3 of them to fill you up. Empanadas are meat/cheese/veggies (or vegan) of your choice, wrapped in a wheat shell and baked. It takes 12-20 minutes, but worth the wait!

Cute, tasty, and flavorful! Got 4 empanadas to try and I gotta go back for more! Favorite’s are the ham and cheese, and spinach cheese, but vegan is tasty with good spices. I finished the meal with their dulce de leche tiramisu, which is a very rich dessert, but still good-even if I could only eat a few bites!

The night before a flight out of MFR, randomly searching for food, and found CABA Empanadas. We stopped in – The shop is very cute with both indoor and outdoor seating. We had a vegan, ground beef, malbec beef, and Portuguese chicken. All were excellent! The folks in the store were very friendly and helpful with suggestions. The chocoflan looks great, and it tasted even better than it looks – Rich and creamy and moist. The chimichurri sauce is a nice side, crisp green flavors of herbs with a hint of vinegar. I’d love to have this place in my hometown!

Excellent Empanadas! Classy,clean and simple inside,friendly helpful owners. We loved all our Empanadas but the bacon,goat cheese and traditional organic beef were my favorites. I look forward to our next visit. The chimichurri sauce is also excellent, I just wish they made it with 100% olive oil and no canola.

Adorable little shop downtown dripping with character. They offer sweet and savory empanadas, Argentine-inspired sandwiches and salads, and a variety of desserts including alfajores. We got the chorizo & cheese and beef empanadas and they were great. Wonderful atmosphere to eat them in too.

Fantastic food. CABA Empanadas just visited our local farmers market (Roseburg) this weekend, and my wife and I were able to try a few different empanadas on the menu. Everything was fantastic. Great flavor with a light/fresh feel, all inside a crispy empanada shell. We are looking forward to the next time they make it this far North again. Otherwise, we will definitely be making the trip down South to visit the restaurant.

CABA is such a great little spot, the staff are friendly, the dining area is cute and the empanadas are delicious. They always have a good vegetarian option; I’ve had the Vegan, the Spinach and the Caprese – all were delicious. Their little pastries are divine as well.
