Stopped by this hidden gem for lunch. I usually do visit then food court but it was something about the smell here. The personnel were very inviting. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich meal with cheese fries. The smell led to a purchase, followed by a taste that didn’t disappoint. I paid over $15 for the meal, a bit on the expensive side for a food court value meal, but Im glad the taste measured up. Great portions with my entree, however, the drink cup sizes need improvement. For the price of the meals, the cup size should be more. Heavy of flavor, skimpy on the drinks. Overall great experience.

The hot is hot and you will not leave hungry. The chicken here was very good, but batter was very thick. We stopped at this location as we were shopping in the area. I ordered the Mac/cheese as a side dish and the order was very big. I asked for hot for spicy level and it was hot, still very good. We will go back here again during future shopping trips.

SO GOOD!! I had the supahot sandwich with fries and potato salad. I thought everything would just be “okay” because it’s mall food… WRONG! To start, the sandwich was piping hot, fresh and actually very juicy (like mouth watering, LITERALLY) — not dry at all!! The fries were perfectly seasoned not over or under fried. And, to my surprise, the potato salad was really good too!! Their 24k sauce is really good, went back for a second cup of it! This is definitely a little gem at Orland Square Mall. The lady was very nice. Food turn around time was not long either. Will be returning!!

$20 total for a dry chicken sandwich with ice cold macaroni and cheese that cost $2.99 extra. It’s not hot or seasoned. Temperature or otherwise. It literally was cold. I’m not sure why they ask mild medium or hot for the chicken because they put no sauce on it. It’s also not moist. It was slathered in awful coleslaw. I don’t understand why the Mac and cheese was $2.99 extra it was served cold and tastes like nothing. Even the cheese I ordered with the cheese fries was bad. It was like water and splashed all over my clothes. You’re supposed to be able to dip your fries in cheese. Well they managed to water it down so much it falls right off your fry. I’ve never been so disappointed in spending $20 in my life. Just cook at home. I have no idea for the good reviews. Maybe they have no taste buds. Everything was flavorless. Im still mad about the cold Mac and cheese. I will never go back. Just go to chick fil a across the street at least they are faster cheaper and the Mac and cheese is better. It looks good but it tastes awful. The pics are not always a good indicator of experience. Throwing chili powder on food doesn’t make it hot either. Sad.

Mac n cheese is so bland. I got the byrd special combo in mild and The chicken itself didn’t have much flavor to it. I got the potato salad and that was okay. Definitely wouldn’t go back though.

Sandwich was great for me, but the sis wanted a nice hot but one side of it got a coating of the superhot I ordered for myself. Our orders were mixed up too, couldn’t’ swap because the spice was all on a part of the fries. At least clean the grill if theres different spice levels my guy. Overall still good spot for a sandwich but lets watch out with other peoples spice levels.
