Buvette is one of my favorite brunch place in New York City! I love their food as much I love their aesthetic. They have both sweet dishes and savory dishes. I usually order one savory and one sweet. French Toast is always go to menu. It is so cute and I love how soft and sweet it is.

The staff seated us immediately. Though space was tight, we were always taken care of. The wait staff refilled our water promptly and was polite and friendly. The food was excellent. My partner and I ordered several plates and we enjoyed everything. The fresh squeezed orange juice was a nice capstone to the experience. Afterwards, our waiter inquired about how we liked the food. Would recommend.

Came here for brunch around 11am on a Saturday and only waited for 5 minutes to get seated. However, by the time we left around 12:30 there was a 10 person line outside, so I recommend coming in early if you don’t have a reservation. The food was bomb and the service was super fast! I got the scrambled eggs with salmon and they were amazing! We also got the beet juice and that was delicious too although on the more expensive side. The vibe of this place was also very good. Highly recommend it for brunch!

All my friends agreed that this place captures the essence of a cozy Parisian bistro, giving you that instant feeling of being transported to the streets of France.

I am sorry but I really don’t understand the hype around this place. Great location and setting, food is nice but nothing I haven’t seen or tasted before (salmon omelette, avocado toast, granola and berries). Coffee is awful like everywhere else in the US but for some reason they are praised for their food coffee. But above all,the service was rude in a way I have never seen before. My 14 year old daughter preserved fresh squeezed lemonade which came sparkling which was not written in the menu. Then she ordered the avocado toast and I specifically asked if it was spicy and was told no. It came filled with chili to an extend she almost choked. When we asked to return the 2 things, the waiter said “you can’t drink anything my love”. Seriously? So unacceptable and insulting.

Walk in only, the wait on a Sunday was like 20 min. Lovely place with fantastic food. The service was great, one of the servers was in charge of seating people, she was awesome. We got a table inside, the place is a little tight very hard not to feel like you are eating with the table next to you. We started with aperol spritz and let me tell you it was one of the best I’ve had in Nyc. For food we had a couple of dishes to share; we had the Belgian waffle which was underwhelming. Saumon flume was good, the eggs were perfectly fluffy, the beef tartare was ok, but the star of the table was the CRQ madame, I could eat like 3 of those no problem. Our server was amazing, the staff kept refilling our water glasses. We had a really good experience, this is a really good place for brunch.

Ordered both the eggs & smoked salmon toast as well as the berries pancakes. Eggs were cooked perfectly and the waffles were light and fluffy. This place is cosy & quaint. It gets really busy so do expect to leave after you’re done with your coffee/food.

I’ve had this toast from them numerous times! Forgot to put white yogurt on top again? I’m not sure if it’s yogurt, but it’s white and creamy. Why are their cooks so careless? This mistake has happened countless times. And the coffee spilled all over the place.

After seeing all the wonderful reviews we had to visit Buvette. There was a pretty long line to get a seat and we ended up waiting around 30 minutes. The wait was definitely worth it as the food was awesome. The whole setting of the restaurant is really comfortable and cozy. The food came out pretty quickly considering the amount of people they were serving. Everything tasted great!
