We are a local family owned and operated business, that specializes in items procured by the butcher…ie classic American BBQ, smoked meats, a wood fired hearth and unique sides made from scratch. Our restaurant has a south west style when it comes to seasoning but also pays homage to the owners New York Butcher’s roots, and west coast living flair.

I have been here three times, and each time I get the two piece chicken plate with pickled veggies. I HATE onions and I ask them to remove it from the pickled veggies and they accommodate every time! The food is LEGIT and I drool for it every time.

Wanted to try something new tonight so we decided to check out Char-B-Que. It was honestly really disappointing. We ordered the Mac and Cheese and pinto beans as our sides. The mac and cheese lacked cheese and had 0 flavor. Tasted old. The pinto beans were listed on the menu as “Smoked Ham Hock Pinto Beans” but tasted like they came straight out of a can. Also flavorless. For our meats we got brisket, which was okay but did not taste fresh, rib tips which tasted undercooked and therefore were chewy (also flavorless) and finally pork ribs which were the best part of the meal but average at best. Lastly, their “garlic toast” was slider buns with some butter. The different flavors of bbq sauce were pretty good. Probably won’t come back here.

The food and service was great. We we’re looking for fast easy dinner while staying in Reno for one night. It was close to hotel and other services. We ate in, but they have take out. I tried the House BBQ and the spicy. Both were really good, but the House gets my vote. I did however add the spicy to the pinto beans for some pizazz.

Ribs were not tender at all are charred no sauce came with the order will not recommend another overhyped Guy Fieri spot. I called and the lady just hanged up and said the sauces don’t come with it unless you ask. It’s a bbq restaurant that should be a must to be included

This is a busy restaurant and there is a reason for this success. Family owned business that offers a wide verity of smoked meat including their homemade sausage. They offer a Daly specials. Monday burrito special $7.00, $13.00 with a beer. They have a bar and though there are limited seating there can be a line waiting to order. The staff reflect the ownership which is all about service and the service is good. I do take out usually once a week. Open at 11am and I believe the close at 8pm but check that out yourself. I recommend them highly.

Easy parking and lots of seating for a place this size. Came in a busy Friday and there was still seating available. Food took a little bit longer than average but it was absolutely is worth the wait. Brisket burrito was very tasty and would order again.

This is my second visit the first visit. I really enjoyed the brisket sandwich today. I had to try tip sandwich like any restaurant I definitely recommend eating in versus dining out by the time I got my sandwich home. It was a little soggy, but food is great sweet potato fries are also excellent.
