Good brasserie! We shared a Caesar salad and a rack of lamb. It was 8 ribs, enough for two. We accompanied this with a side of roasted potatoes and a Chateau Condat Bordeaux which went well with the lamb.

I ordered a champagne at the bar. Two of us shared a Caesar salad which was plenty. The rack of lamb was huge as well (8 ribs) so we split it accompanied by roasted potatoes with a Chateau Condat Bordeaux which went well with the lamb.

After being there for a Sunday brunch, we wanted to come back for dinner, and we were glad we did. Good service and good food. Small selection but well done. The soups were delicious. Side dishes are tasty. The dry aged rib eye is good. We sat at the bar, and got a good view of actions in the kitchen. For brunch, definitely recommend outdoor seating for the lovely view of Soco fountain.

Every meal has been wonderful. The family favorite is the Onion Soup and Cream Brulee. My favorite entrées are the ribeye, hamburger and Lamb chops. The cocktail I ordered was delightful. The red and white wines have been enjoyed without breaking the bank.

Easily the best true French experience in OC. This is a smaller but phenomenal restaurant. They have an amazing selection cooked at the highest quality. Their produce is phenomenal and the chefs do an amazing job at presenting them in a French repertoire. They have a great wine selection and the waiters really know what they are doing. They have some seats which allow you to peer into the kitchen while you’re eating to see the dance of a true French kitchen.

A refreshing choice for a little French touch. The wait staff as well as the owner being from France they give a sense of place that comes from understanding the cuisine. While I personally did not order this time a “French” dish. I think this is the kind of place where you can feel safe with the s cuisine which doesn’t try too hard to please the “trendy” American appetite. I think the emphasis on fresh ingredients and solid cooking will give this some staying power in a highly competitive market. The prices are not crazy and the food is a solid filling menu that will leave you wanting to come back and share with your friends

We came here for our company Christmas party. They accommodated 10 of us! The service was great, the food was well prepared and thoughtful. We loved it and will be back. We ordered the 30-day aged ribeye which was cooked perfectly, the Ratatouille, the butchers fries, the pate, the meat plate and the cheese plate. We would order all of them again.

Amazing dinner at the Butcher’s House last night! We started with the house made pate which was served with baguette slices, cornichons, and mustard. My wife had a Chardonnay and I had a Boont Amber Ale. It was a great start to a fantastic meal. For dinner we each ordered steaks. New York for my wife and Ribeye for myself. Both were wood grilled and perfect medium-rare. To go with the steaks we shared an order of the Butcher’s Fries which are topped with pork belly and raclette cheese. It was a great meal. I can’t imagine having a better steak anywhere else at any price! Can’t wait to return.

They use small chunks of dried bread instead of a large cut of bread so the pieces are crispy. Overall nice onion soup.
