The guy who runs this place is so friendly. He makes sure you get it just as you order. He greets with a smile and as you leave, he asks if everything was OK and please come back again. I had the pork chop sandwich this time and my friend had the wingettes. As you see in the pics it wasn’t much of a crumb left. Everything was fried just right, hot, and tasted fresh. I’ve also been here and had the fish and it was delicious as well!

Maybe an off day, but this was just a fair to middling experience. Breast was either overcooked or reheated, leg was better, but coating was wet like broasted chicken. Rice and beans were mostly rice, not much beans. My wife was served lukewarm, limp french fries. Best of luck to them, I root for family run businesses, but quality control needs some work here.

The food here is amazing! I have come twice and both times the chicken was crispy and flavorful! The lemon pepper and hot cheetos flavors are awesome! I definitely recommend. Next time, I will try a funnel cake! The workers were also very nice and helpful!

Came here today after seeing they had a lunch special on Facebook all things longview. The guy working said he had just dropped the chicken and it would be about 20 mins I told him I would come back another day, but ended up coming about an hour later. Glad I did it was very good and he was so friendly and had a fun personality. Loved the seasoning on the food it’s so different from the other chicken places around here! Will come back to try other things soon.

First time trying Busters and it did not disappoint!! The Buffalo chicken strips and fries were cooked perfectly. Hot Cheetos pickles were delicious. We topped everything off with a funnel cake and the fried Oreos. The food was amazing but what was better was the hospitality and service me and the family received. Thank y’all!! We will be back.

Just rude I’ve never eaten here and will never be back. I heard about this place on Facebook wanted to try what the hype was about. They close at 6 I arrived at 5:10 to the doors locked with the open sign lit up. So i proceed to the drive thru where a man comes and I ask if they are still open. He sighs and tells me he’s trying to close. I’m like okay i though they closed at 6. He with an attitude then says what do you want. Well as I’ve never been here before I take a moment to look at the menu with the attitude i received i just left that’s enough for me to say i don’t care how good the food is i don’t like the rude customer service.

Second visit. The chicken is hot and fresh every time you order it. I want to love it, but it doesn’t stand out. I appreciate the hard work and wish them the best. It’s better than French’s over hyped chicken on the south side.
