HOLY WOWS! Went to Bush’s Chicken tonight to get some dinner and this sweet young man working the drive thru was AMAZING! He was working hard and had manners too! Got my order right and he even threw in TWO EXTRA TENDERS! WHAT!? HECK YEAH! Overall, great food, great service and yes to the universe I will be back for more chicken! P.S. I was there at 9pm with a Sonic the Hedgehog shirt on if you wanna know who.❤️

We went to lunch here the other day. Fried chicken is my favorite. Me and my coworker and I enjoyed the chicken. It was juicy and fresh. I had the 3 pieces with fries and Mac and cheese. Coworker had the chicken breast and fries. Both with a large drink. Cost us $29.71 and was worth every cent. We will definitely be back. 5 stars.

Customers would approve if you gave them what they ordered. If I wasn’t on my lunch break I would have went back, it tastes good at least. I didn’t even get a roll.

Maybe someone can help me; I use to come twice a week from church to work, but the chicken is not as good anymore. Did you change the batter or recipe. The the skin even separates from the chicken, the second day it turns white and dry. Even the taste is a little different. ( Not in a good way) Miss the old way or recipe; I don’t come anymore because of that…I bought my wife cause she wanted gizzards and they were out!

I requested 15 pc baked chicken. Never was I told they only had fried checking, there was only two piece of baked chicken. The person proceeded to fill the bucket with his back towards me. I asked is that baked chicken? After everything was packed he said no. I took because I was late, I asked for two small cokes while we waited. He gave me one tea. I asked fo jalapeno with my order when I got home no peppers, never got it. The person was not a good listener and cared less. No customer skills whatsoever. A shame I will not return. Adios!!!

A big let down compared to other bushes, chicken was undercooked and tasted raw. They don’t give any seasoning salt even after asking. I had to go two times in a few months to double check there like this because I thought the first time might’ve been a one time thing. I would just go to a different bushes.

Not only did they remove their prices off the menu, they are now charging some BS 3% service charge. I’m contacting my bank and canceling the order as they are charging unknown fees. Never coming back
