Buiesnness was hopping, but all threw the drive threw. Took them awhile to take my order and to pull my items. I was the only inside customer. I ordered a gallon of half sweet and half unsweetened tea. It was already prepared and just needed to be grabbed from the refrigerator. Same goes for my 6 chicken tenders. Just needed to be boxed up and sent to the customer.

We made an order and they did not get it right. The cashier never read back our order so we had no idea she was confused. When confronted about it she said she would have to charge us for what she messed up. She then went and got her manager and the manager said it was our fault the order was wrong and she would charge us for the correction. I refused to pay for something they should have gotten right in the first place. They were very rude!

We picked up a bunch of chicken and sides from this location and they were very helpful and food was good! Perfectly cooked. Absolutely no complaints. Also, this was the first time trying the corn nuggets and they did not disappoint.

It’s not what it used to be, the chicken was all skin and hardly any meat and it was almost burnt. I gave it a 2 cause the workers are super sweet. My sides were wrong and had to go back up there and buy what I didn’t get and I also wanted just legs and thighs and they wouldn’t do that although we’ve been doing it for years.

I was not going to share but after thinking about it, reviews are supposed to help improve services or products. Visit on yesterday around 1pm, all the lights are off in the building, sign on door states lobby not open due to staff shortage, this seems to be the norm. Drive around, only car, I’m thinking the place is closed, car hop comes out. I’m ordering chicken livers, she states they’ve not had them for over a month because they’ve not arrived. Ordered instead 2 gizzard meals, mind you, there are no prices displayed anywhere on the menus outside and the last time I was able to enter the lobby, no prices displayed either, I even asked about this. They cooked the gizzards fresh for me which always excites me but when I got home, they were very, very salty, and most were not edible, they were so dry. The rolls were very old, I’ve never had one this small and hard from any Bush’s and the fries were not fresh. You would think that if I had to wait 15 minutes, supposed to be 8 minutes they always say, that my fries would be cooked fresh also. The powerade was watered down… I live in the neighborhood and have for over 32 years, I recall when this restaurant first opened, my three kids as teenagers worked here 2006-2010. However since, 2017, the service and food has declined considerably… And the early closures pre pandemic from 10pm to 9 pm even in Summer months and now it’s 8pm. In my opinion, this restaurant caters to the kids at the high school during lunch and evening school activities thus the substandard quality. However, the customer service by the staff is very good and always has been… Just better management needed in other areas
