A hidden gem!!! I went in tonight and didn’t realize Burt himself was taking care of me, what a sweet, kind man!!! I can’t say enough nice things about the experience except to please go and try Burt’s if you haven’t yet! Ordered at the front desk after ringing the bell, good was incredible and was able to get a nice ribeye cut to my specifications and I even had the option to have it marinated or not. They even give you a couple free potatoes with your butchered meat.

Fantastic meat shop with restaurant attached. I didnt eat there today, but had 4 beautiful ribeyes sliced for me. Ill definitely be back to stock up and eat in the restaurant. They also do catering! Thank you!!

When you walk in you get a very southern down-home feeling, the customer service was great the cook out did his self delicious it just need some update on the eating area’s and restrooms. And as for the Butcher shop great customer service fresh meat at reasonable pricing

This place is great! Shop for meat or grab lunch or both! They usually have a pretty good lunch specials. The meat is very good. I do wish they would use less salt though I have actually never eaten in the dining room so I can’t say how it is. The butcher shop is nice as well and they have a good variety.

I last visited over 10 years ago and don’t recall the experience. I came for lunch with a group today. Steaks were okay (lacked a sear, maybe cooked in a pan for some reason?). Enjoyed the onion rings and our server was very nice. I’m not sure if I would eat in again, but I would consider getting some steaks cut to order and grill them at home.
