The veggie rice bowl was super. The service was not. It was not crowded by any means and our waitress was not the only one serving even our area. While waiting for our order to come, the waitress came around and removed the small bread/side plates from the tables, ours and those around us , without even asking if we wanted to keep it . Some people might want to remove the onions or maybe the peppers out of a dish and put it on the side in the small dish sitting there, but there was no conversation. She just scooped them up and walked away. After delivering the food, she was pretty much invisible until it was time for us to pay.

Casual dinner out with my wife brought us to this establishment. We were seated promptly and greeted right away by our waitress Michelle, who took our drink orders and informed us of the night’s specials. Order NY Strip that was very good but a little more rare than I generally prefer. My wife ordered breaded Haddock and we shared a nice Caesar salad. Portions were good and sides tasty and we finished with a rather good Creme Brule. Michelle was excellent and the restaurant very nice and clean. Would go again.

This is a comfortable, mid-level dining place suitable for families and a business lunch. Food is very good, a bit better than Ninety-nine or Chili’s which are nearby, but choices are a bit more limited. Service is friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive.

Their food was perfectly seasoned and well prepared. The portions were generous too. And the staff were super friendly, knowledgeable about the food and dedicated to providing great service. Marley was our server/bartender. She greeted us warmly and made sure our experience was enjoyable.

Decided to try Burtons Grill today. We arrived during lunch time expecting a lunch menu. No lunch specials. Our waitress was very sweet. We ordered bread, the loaf was on the small side and $4.50. We also ordered a cheeseburger which we shared. The French fries were mediocre, the burger was good. The prices are high, the food was ok nothing special. My husband wanted to leave the minute he saw the prices the burger was $18.00.

We had dinners there several times. Always great! The last time was not too great, we waited for the food a while, they did not have some of the options in the menu and my dish arrived cold. But they apologized and made it right, which is what counts

Extensive menu and delicious food. Forgot to take pictures, but it looked great. I personally had the bread service, wings, and steak frites which came with truffle fries. The chimichurri on the steak was flavorful and I loved the different condiments that came with the bread which may explain why it’s not complimentary. Only critique would be for service to check on customers a bit more regularly but other than that, great place to go and definitely will return to try more from the menu.

Do not order takeout. Eaten at Burton’s many times, enjoy their food and their cocktails. But this is the second time I’ve ordered takeout from them and our order was completely screwed up. There is NO quality control with the takeout. Ordered takeout a few months ago and was missing part of my order. Ordered to take out again tonight every single thing we ordered was wrong and I was missing over half of my meal. Was offered a refund but that didn’t solve I had no dinner.
