Food is good but the past few times I’ve come you guys have barely put anything in my tacos and today was no different. I used to love coming here but you guys aren’t putting nearly enough in these tacos for what I’ve paid. Here’s some pictures of the worst of it. There was less than a table spoon of filling in the one taco, hopefully these photos accurately show that.

All I wanted was the special of the day with pulled pork made up as the Aloha. Guess what I didn’t get, the protein. I called talked to the manager, and he just wanted to throw money at it. Train your staff better that’s what people want. It wasn’t even that busy when I walked in.

Decent, but not worth the money. 2 kids meals, 2 adult meals, and chips and cheese dip was $55. Place was dirty. 6 employees behind the line, and we were the only family in there at one point. Dirty tables, no paper towels. Management needs to ensure normal cleaning happens. No cleaning the entire time I was in there.

This place has really gone downhill within the past year. So many new faces as far as staff/can’t seem to keep same staff around. Communication amongst the team isn’t where it should be. The dining area was super dirty…no drink lids other than those that fit the water cups…salsa bar was gross. Tables and floor were dirty. The place was hot…like AC had gone out hot…staff was sweating which was also gross. They need to chill out on how much sauce they put on food too…it ruins the whole dish…absolutely soaked. Not interested in coming back…

Burrito Shak was pretty good. I gave it three stars because I would say it’s average and I’d prefer Moe’s and Chipotle. I had the Fire Shot Burrito which was really good, so hopefully my review doesn’t prevent you from trying it out. I’d come to this place again.

Can’t give it 5 stars because out if the 3 times we’ve ordered, the orders have been incorrect every time. Missing black olives. My chosen ingredients on my husband’s bowl, my guacamole on his burrito, etc. Tasty, but he hates olives and guacamole. Looking forward to the first correct order

Yall’s food is so gross. I have tried it 3 times. I said oh maybe just a bad day. Nope. Just horrible. Tortillas aren’t even toasted. No seasoning. And the guacamole needs salt. That queso is a joke

giving 5 stars even though we had a small issue with our order because aiden was amazing at handling it. He didn’t make us feel like it was our fault and immediately tried to find an acceptable solution. The food here is usually always great anyway, but this issue and the resolution really reinforced the idea that this is an amazing burrito shak to dine at!

We enjoy eating here. The only thing I have noticed is the meat is warm at best but it is still good. I figured it was just 1 time so I let it go and it has happened 3 times now. I recommend either a bowl made the way you want it or a chicken California burrito! The other thing I live is that they have fresh jalapeños. They also offer you a bag of tortilla chips with each meal and salsa.

The worst service in the area! Every single time I come in here for a pick up order I wait in excess of 25 minutes! This last encounter was a simple quesadilla that took 10 minutes to cook because their grill “isn’t working well”. Then the girl drops it and I have to wait an additional 15 minutes to get the order. Oh but they offered me a water cup for a little bit to drink…don’t come here unless you have nothing else to do with your day.
