I had the special 5 mini tacos with a small drink for $10.00. First off I wouldn’t classify these as small tacos they were regular size street tacos and they were awesome! I had 3 steak and 2 chicken both were exceptionally good! Perfectly cooked with the perfect amount of onions and cilantro to top them off. The guys working here are extremely helpful and work very hard to make sure you have a great meal! I travel for business all over Oregon and Washington so I eat at alot of places and Burrito Express rates in the top 5. Definitely will be back here next time I’m in Scappoose!

Ordered a total of 6 tamales my wife has never had them before and this is what we received, almost 100% Masa hardly any beef whatsoever and very very dry, I have been going here for years normally a great atmosphere but the guys that worked 12-4-21 about 6 pm seemed like they were being forced to work and hated it. I am hoping this post is seen and changes are made as I would like to come back here again. Frankly $3 for tamales like these its not worth it.

TRASH! I guess if you’re the only Mexican food spot in Scappoose, you don’t have to try very hard. The food is over priced for what it is.. it literally taste like my white girlfriend made it in our kitchen… It made my friend puke immediately after eating it! I definitely do NOT recommend eating at burrito express avoid at all Cost.

The food is almost good. It just needs… more. I got the Carne asada fries and it was okay. It needed more seasoning, Pico, lime and guacamole. You get a lot of food but the recipes need some help.
