The nachos were great. The staff was not very friendly and seemed “bothered” by my presence. Unprofessional atmosphere as employees were having a good fight behind the counter. Also, online the nachos are advertised as $8.00 but they charged me $11.50.

Many times order has been wrong get home don’t live close and its wrong and other people we k now is haveing problem. Also burrito shell is not got and have not had hardly any beens in burrito. Very unfriendly.

Highly disappointed in not only the food but also the professionalism. Today I went to Burrito Boy for the first time with the intent of ordering a burrito bowl. I was thinking that I would get something similar to Chipotle or other quick burrito restaurants. Upon ordering I was handed a brown paper bag. Immediately upon arriving home I noticed a red puddle in my passenger seat under where the bag had been sitting. When opening the bag I saw that my burrito bowl was leaking all over. The bowl had been overfilled with the red sauce. I was not warned of the fill level nor even aware that I was getting a smothered burrito. I spent the next 3 hours trying to get the red sauce out of my passenger seat. Attached is a picture of what I received. I will not be going back.

Service and quality has declined in the last 4 or so months. This is a burnt Chile relleno burrito that I watched get pulled out of the microwave. The egg is hard and crunchy, completely burnt. Unedible. Disgusting. Burrito was so hot I have burns on my fingertips from the microwaving. This place used to be good…..will not go back.
