Been coming to the burrito boy restaurants almost all my life. I’ve fallen in love with the burrito boy burrito, vegetarian and the pulled beef versions. The green sauce is always on point, and I’ve bought enough a few bottles of it. Everyone is nice, busy, and do there best to deliver amazing food. I couldn’t imagine not eating here.

The best “fast food” in town. I put it in quotes because the food is way too good to compare with standard fast food. Huge burritos and great guacamole. Put their verde sauce on anything you order.

Super disappointed in this location. I’ve always visited Springfield’s location by my office, and it’s so good. When I walked into the Valley River location, there were 4 people at the counter and no one acknowledged me for a few minutes. The restaurant was empty. I ordered my normal veggie nachos with carnitas and jalapeños. Neither carnitas nor jalapeños came on my nachos. The nachos were very dry with little toppings. My son’s shredded beef burrito was full of things I specifically asked not to have. The young man talking to the customers in the drive thru was very rude and kept throwing his hands up at the customer’s request. Overall, much like everything, quality customer service is gone. I’m sticking to the Springfield location from now on!

Breakfast burritos have always been very good. However this review is for my 2nd and most recent experience ordering in the afternoon/evening. Orders have been incorrect, I tolerated the wrong burrito in frustration. However, the tortilla was like rubber and I was unable to cut it. Horrible! So I threw it in the dumpster because they served me garbage. Not returning.

Their Ranchero breakfast burrito is so good that I’ve made it a Saturday morning routine for the past several months and don’t even get me started on their burrito Supremo so good. As for my credentials born and raised in Southern California with Hispanic and Colombian descents so I know Hispanic food.
