We made a reservation for dinner at 6:45pm onMonday. They didn’t appear to be too busy but took a long time to sit down at the table. We saw the table was cleaned but it was sticky and the sofa was torn and very old. We don’t think it was the server’s fault but seemed like a lacking cooking staff. It took long just to get cocktailsand also our food to be served. There was too much dressing with Caesar salad, Calamariwas soft and not crispy and came with jalapeno which seemed strange, and Fish tacos. Overall, the food was okay but not so enjoyable.

We stopped in and sat at the bar. The drinks were good – I had a cucumber cocktail – yummy and not sweet. My friend enjoyed a glass of wine. We were disappointed with the food 🙁 We ordered a Beyond Burger and salad – iceberg lettuce 🙁 and a flat boring McD looking burger with NO side dish. It was disappointing. Setting is nice, service was good, drinks good, but food quality wasn’t what we’d hoped for.

Loved the food and ambiance. The patio in the back is awesome. The food is scrumptious. I had the steak frites. My friends had the Rasta pasta and the burger with the egg on it. The service was exceptional: fast and friendly. I totally recommend and cannot wait to return!

Wow. What a spectacular evening with the wonderful Tess as my waitress. I have been going through hard times but having her by my side really helped to brighten my mood as well as my self-esteem. She truly is a blessing to society and mankind. You guys are incredibly lucky to have such a kind-hearted, driven, dedicated person on the Burntwood team.

The wait staff was very nice & ok atmosphere. They lighting needs some adjusting not to blind you. The food was average at best. My burger was well done when I ordered medium rare & that was the second time. I was very specific about no pickle & told her 4 times only to have a pickle served right across the top of the sandwich. A disappointing experience.

Great wait staff, an accommodating chef who give me changes in my Caesar salad seafood topper–and it was delicious, mahi mahi instead of salmon. Great place for lunch & conversation. Ask for a quiet table–they will provide one.
