It is good (personally I choose Chick-fil-A). But if you want heat, you must come here. Guaranteed your mouth will burn the hotter you get the sauce. The hottest I ate was ‘The Ugly’; it was an uncomfortable hot for me. ‘The Good’ is just the right amount of heat; not hot, just a nice little kick. The chicken breast are great sizes, will not disappoint.

I got the second hottest sauce. It was the garlic flavor one. It was not as hot(spicy) as I had hoped but it was delicious, great sauce, they cooked it fresh for me so it took about 10 minutes bit that is great!

First time here around 615p Sat, waited about 10-15mins in line to place our order. Server told food would take 25mins to be ready. Place smells heavenly, can smell all the spices even with mask on. Returned around 7p to pickup and food was ready at the pickup counter. Fries well seasoned with spices but felt underwhelming. The cheese balls were OK. Got the bang bang signature sandwich with ‘the good’ spice level, it was just nice, bun was tasty, pickle was crispy, coleslaw was good and the chicken was very crispy and absolutely a delight with every bite although can be messy. Overall a satisfying meal but quite pricey for a sandwich

I’ve watch this place be built basically from the ground up. That’s one way to say that I like to go to the annex at the collection a lot. I was able to finally try this place the other day with a friend and I have to say it was super good. I’ve seen in some of the other reviews that people are comparing it to Chick-fil-A. I’m not sure that I would compare it to another chicken place. I went with a chicken sandwich and it was super good. The fries were great too. There’s a lot more that I would like to try on this menu and I have to let you know that I’ll be coming back.

Ate here today for the first time and I was impressed. Tried the Chicken sandwich with mild sauce and have to say it was delicious. I’ll be coming here instead of Chick Filla. The Cole slaw was fresh and delicious. The chicken was juicy and crispy. And the fries had some delicious seasoning on them. Definitely gotta get an extra sauce next time.

You get a lot of food for your money. I ordered the Bang Bang medium, my wife ordered the coo coo combo mild and we got my daughter the chicken tenders. The flavor was decent and the cheese balls are delicious.

Honestly beyond annoyed with this place now. They’ve not only under cooked my wings multiple times but now have forgotten to give me the ranch they made sure to charge me extra for twice. Like I had to take it home and re fry it after they had made me wait 15-20min. But I was like let me give it another chance And I wouldn’t be so annoyed if I didn’t make a big deal about it to the cashier about them charging me and not giving me the ranch last time, only for them to not give me the one Included or the two extra (the time before that i was charged for 5 and given 0 like if you aren’t going to give any don’t even charge for it.) honestly super disappointed.
