Unfortunately they were out of onion rings which I was part of the reason I wanted to try this place out. The burger was so so nothing special. This rating is specifically for the service. Very attentive and efficient. The girl who made our milkshake was super sweet. The front counter had mistakenly not sent the ticket through. So we waited a little bit but she promptly got us the milkshake and wrote a sweet note on the lid.

If you cannot accommodate curbside orders, do not accept them. I had to go in for my food after waiting for a long time. My burger was cold because they packaged it and it sat for so long. The staff tried to pretend it was still hot. I informed them that I expected my food to be hot and it was not. They took it to the back, waited a few minutes and brought it back out to me. ..cold.

I’m really only rating therm this high because they are the ONLY business in the area that would allow me to use the restroom. I was almost in tears and stopped at every other business in the shopping strip… At least 5 to 7 other places and no one would allow me to use the bathroom in spite of the fact that I was literally begging. But finally, the employees at Burgerville did not hesitate to give me the code to the restroom. I am still so grateful. I really would have had an accident. I do love their food too, but only have been able to order a strawberry milkshake lately… And it was so delicious

This past 1/2 Dozen times at this location, the Cheeseburger has been fresh,& Juicy. One can certainly tell it just came off the grill, yes that takes longer, but that’s totally fine, I believe customers that get a juicy, fresh burgers &Fries will beat more happier. I understand lunch hour people don’t have the time to wait,just figure the. Best way to keep the food juicy while lunch is hot &heavy, butthe other times eside rush hourjust try to cook to order.
