Our family ordered 4 different burgers and 3 different sides and each were delicious. No masks were required by customers but staff were wearing them. Music and environment were awesome and we would agree with the description of gourmet burgers— all the ingredients were fresh and delicious. Ice cream looked yummy, but we were too full to eat any after eating our delicious meal.

Awesome burgers! Slow service! UPDATE- I guess it’s not normal for your company but we ordered 2 burgers and 1 loaded fries & it took forever & we finally asked when our food would be ready & the girls said, oh, we ran out of cooked burgers & had to get frozen ones & cook them from frozen & that’s why it took so long. That would have been fine but they didn’t bother to even let us know until we asked. By the time we got our food, the fries were kinda hard & dry & not very warm. But burgers were delicious! The girls were sweet & took care of us, they just didn’t let us know why it was taking so long. There was 2 of us..and there weren’t a lot of people in there. But again, the burgers were awesome! We will eat there again, next time we come to town!

What I like about here is the fact you can get a good veggie burger! Hardly anywhere serves a veggie burger in town, if they do it’s a black bean burger (which I have never liked). What I also like about this place is the fact you can build your own burger! I recommend trying yours with pimento cheese and onion straws and mayo if you like it. Also the waffle fries are really good and you can get them with seasoning. Which I recommend also. They make good milkshakes as well. Try it! Nice staff here also.

We went to Burgers Y’all in downtown Jefferson and it is by far the Burgers in town! I had the mushroom burger and added a few more items on it! It was hand sooo good! I also ordered the fries and had the garlic sauce to dip my fries in! It was the best burger I have had ever!! The service was fantastic! All the servers had a smile on their face and were very helpful! The owners even stopped by our table! Because of Covid I noticed that all the servers and the cooks were properly wearing masks!

Every time I have been in there that have taken great care of me. Not only do they make my visit enjoyable, but I can clearly see they enjoy my visits also. They ask me what interesting combinations I am going to try next. And will try them after I do or then.

This place was delicious! The veggies on my burger were very fresh and the onion rings weren’t salty at all. The staff kept checking up on us outside and I thought that was very sweet. I’m not sure why they have so many bad reviews that all ironically have 17 upvotes. Seems like someone is trying to beat this place down. I hope this place stays In town!

I had the Wild Bill Bison burger and it was delicious. The waffle fries were nice and crispy just how I like them as well. I would disregard the negative reviews here. They seem to be fake as the reviewers leaving them all seem to only have that one review on their account.

The burgers were good, yes. But we waited 30 minutes for our order, and it wasn’t that busy yet.

I don’t love calling out small businesses but I truly feel generous giving them two stars. This is a tourist trap if I’ve ever seen one (and we aren’t really tourists…we live in the area). Those “100% Angus Beef” burgers were nothing more than a thick version of the soy patties the school cafeteria served when I went to school. None of my family finished their burgers ($45!!) because they had a terrible texture (it’s the soy/mystery meat blend). I feel like they should be held to account for lying about serving “100% meat”. Afterwards, we gave them more of our money (because we’d all gotten pretty excited about milkshakes while ordering) and I was still hungry because I couldn’t choke down that burger. Though, I figured you couldn’t mess up a chocolate milkshake, mine came out warm and tasting like pure cocoa powder with zero sugar. I thought maybe it was just me, but my kids spit it out when they tried it and my husband thought it was gross, too. I’m sorry but go next door to Black Jack’s to get a real burger.
