On a Monday I ordered at 2:41pm. Promised by 3:06. Didn’t get my order until 3:25. The guy at the front could tell me it was coming soon. The place was also hot inside. Food was expensive, average in taste and had a mandatory tip. All i can say is we tried it but not coming back

I’ve gotten food from the food hall before but I was unaware of all the different food options that they have. I must admit that the kiosk is not very user friendly. I ended up just “settling” for a hamburger after becoming frustrated with the kiosk & needless to say, I did not settle for anything !! This burger was sooo good. I recommend ordering ahead because it did take about 30 minutes for me to get my food but everything was delicious. The bottom bun was slightly soaked in grease but other than that I was very satisfied !! (I requested a medium rare patty)

When I placed the order, I was instructed to wait in my car and the food would be brought out to me. I called from my car after it was supposed to be ready and I was told I needed to go inside and get it. It was raining pretty badly and so I went inside to get it. The girl at the front was so terribly rude, she was mumbling, rolling her eyes (clearly does not belong in the service industry) and she said my food was not ready. Feeling like this is too much trouble for a burger but I finally got it and was not impressed. It had the potential to be a good burger but it was so over seasoned and tasted so salty and I could not enjoy it.

Let’s talk about YUM. If you are a burger fanatic like me then this place is a must try for your list. Make sure you have PLENTY of room in your stomach when you go because the burgers are huge. Their meat isn’t bland like most places, theirs have actual flavor. 10/10 recommend.

The burgers are so JUICYYY and BIG I could barely finished!!! And talk about the flavor, the meats are season to perfection I can’t wait to go back and eat again and the best thing about the burgers is I can reheat mine in a pan with some butter and it still just as good as when they gave to me. 10/10 Would totally recommend especially if you’re in the area! And the service is just as good as the food, AMAZING!!!!!
