I ordered the meat man burger and was pleasantly surprised how the flavors of the meat were balanced by the peppers and jalapeños. Their fries were great as well. I would’ve ordered a brew but I was told that they aren’t available yet. Ana at the counter was lovely and I look forward to my next visit hopefully with a beer or two.

My husband said it was one of the best burgers he ever had and I have to agree! Ingredients were fresh and the burger even just by itself had the best flavor and was so juicy. The fries were also killer. Love that they aren’t the traditional cut. We will for sure be back!

I had the Cali which is their veggie burger. Really delicious burger. The patty had great taste and all the veggies and sauces really made the burger a well rounded taste. Usually some veggie burgers can feel dry and not this. Not a fan of the fries but will be back for a burger.

Great burgers in almost a food court environment. The staff is friendly and the food is a great value. Love the fries. We ordered specialty burgers and they then made our own requests. They nailed all the changes perfectly. Don’t miss trying this place if your in Mountain View Village.

We have been a few times and normally it isn’t too bad but this time was just a disaster. We ordered online for pickup and arrived about 10 minutes before. We were the only patron so it is not like they were busy. When we got home to eat, the order was wrong as they had not added or subtracted any of our requests. The bacon on both outlaw burgers was almost raw, the burgers were very well done almost to the point of being hockey pucks (we ordered medium), the lettuce was limp and had black spots all over it and the buns were black and burnt on the bottom making them super hard so that you couldn’t bite through them. The fries which cost us $6 were cold, undercooked, and limp like they had been sitting their awhile. We weren’t too happy either that the only drinks they could give us with the kids entrees were cans of coke and our kids aren’t allowed caffeine. So needless to say, about $60 worth of food went into the trash as it was inedible. We won’t be returning.

they have no dress code for anyone who works there. i come in to get coffee multiple times a week and the girl in the front is always wearing really revealing shirts. i have seen them multiple times not wearing gloves while preparing food and also a lot of the time there is no one up front to help customers. i have had both dirty bird and silverlake and would highly recommend both of those over them any day.
