Stopped in BURGERIM for lunch. Didn’t realize until after I ordered that I could get any combination of toppings that I wanted. Will be more imaginative next time.

I was so excited for this place when it opened. The first time I went was actually really good. However the 2 times we have gone since then were not. You can see in my picture it looks like they purposely smashed the sandwich down. My girlfriend’s was also very sloppy messy. I also ordered EXTRA pickles and there was not a single pickle on it. Its obvious from looking at the burger they putting any care into crafting a burger. A burger place this pricey should be crafting that burger like art, not making it look like a sloppy fast food burger. Its really a shame too, cause I really like their menu of all the different types of burgers. It could be so good if they just had employees who weren’t just so sloppy and got your order right.

So I got me a plant based burgee, yes they have that option and salmon, and some sweet potatoe fries. They were pretty damn good. Any burger spot I almost expect them to have a fried egg option and thankfully they did as a topping. You can get sliders or just the regular burgers. Def worth it.

Today was my first time trying this place. I tried the Angus Burger and Uncut burger (Duo) with fries and drink. The food was really good and I would highly recommend this spot. The staff was very friendly. There’s a lot to chose from. I will be going back.

Very good service, food and clean place with enough seating . Tried their lamb burger, Spanish burger, onions rings and wings. Loved all of them. If you are looking to try 2 or 3 different flavors, I would recommend trying the duo and trio. I took the single one since lamb is not in their duo or trio.

This place is ok. Burgers are not that big and the amount of fries given isn’t alot. I did like the atmosphere though. The hip hop was nice.

The atmosphere is awesome. Good music. And they serve alcohol. But I was disappointed with the quality of my Hawaiian Salmon burger and Sweet Potato fries. My sandwich was made very messy. Over-Saturated with BBQ sauce. The buns seemed cheap and too way too thin. The salmon patty wasn’t that bad in terms of flavor. But if you’re gonna charge $12-$13, you should serve a small salmon filet at least. If your prices are comparable to Red Robin and other restaurants, you should serve the same quality foods. Lastly, the sweet potato fries were very greasy. Overall, I think they have good intentions. Just trial and error. Typical for a new business. Just some constructive criticism. I wish them well.

Customer service was excellent, and the food did not disappoint! The burgers, wings and onion rings were well prepared and enjoyed by my entire family. The wait was minimal given a party of 5, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be back in the near future.

I’ve been to now both the BurgerIMs in Israel and the one in Owings Mills, and while the one in Owings Mills and others they have here in the United States are a bit different, the quality of the food and service each time I’ve been there has been equally very spectacular! The burgers and combos are a bit pricey but it’s a sacrifice to make for the quality and variety of burgers they do have. I’ve been rotating around burgers to eat just to have each one at least once before ordering one a second time, and each is so good in it’s own right. If I were to pick a favorite though, it’d definitely be the Spanish Beef. Happy BurgerIM is here in Owings Mills and in such a great location!
