Went there twice before and it was good. This time it was the worse burgers we have ever had. Burgers burnt to a crisp so bad we couldn’t eat them. Fries we gross . Three burgers came out and they dropped the 4th. Everything else sat and got colder. Will never go here again. McDonald’s have better burgers. If I could give it lower rating I would

Stopped in for lunch for the first time today and was rather disappointed. We ordered three meals and two were brought to our table with wrong toppings, the third was a kids chicken tenders. The burgers and chicken were all over cooked. I’d expect this type of quality from a fast food place that is priced considerably lower.

Has to be hands down, one of the best burger spots in town! This was my first visit in this location and it was just as good as the rest! I am always pleasantly surprised by the amazing selection they offer. Costumer service was as good as always and helped quickly with questions that I had.

Super expensive for what you get. Onion rings were great. But the burgers were about the same as Carl’s Jr. We got the chicken sandwich and the Classic Burger. Some of the other burgers might be worth $8.29 each, but we’ll probably never know.

Traveling past Parker and looking for burgers so this was a Great find. Love that they have mini burgers to try different options. I will say, the Wagyu burger was Very gamey and I just couldn’t eat more than 2 very small bites. Im sure I could have taken it back in but didn’t. Either way, we’d still watch for other Burger IM’s elsewhere. Yum!!

BurgerIM met expectations and the staff was helpful. Prices are fair but who knows for sure with all the extra expenses we all have these days since governments have done their best to ruin the economy and destroy small businesses. The food tasted great and there was a good amount of people working there based on the demand for service. I am just grateful people still work in the food service industry these days. The dine-in area was clean and well cared for. They have a cool menu. You can get any burger in a smaller size and create a family/party package. I recall that the bun was very tasteful which surprised me. Good experience. I recommend. I would go back should the opportunity occur. PS they also offer milkshakes.

My wife and I went in when it first opened and got burgers and found the burgers were smashed too much. They were super thin and crispy. Didn’t go back for a while but I decided to give it another shot and was not disappointed. Got the BBQ burger a month ago and the paddy was thick and juicy with a fried onion ring on top. French fries were crispy. My daughter got a kids burger and she loved it. I got their wings as well. Pretty big and reasonably priced. I wanted them just a bit crispier but very good flavor. Friendly staff, close to my house. I’ll definitely treat myself every now and then to this place. Glad I have it another shot and look forward to trying the whole menu.

1st visit…. waited 30 mins (which they told us there was a wait) but my burger was undercooked for my liking . Not impressed! Sweet potato fries were good!

We ordered a grilled chicken California style and an angus beef cheese burger. The chicken was perfectly cooked and super tasty. The burger was pretty average. The onion rings and fries were awesome. Their fries are unique and shaped like potato chips. Some are fully crunchy and others are crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. Super good! Service was friendly and our food came out quickly and correct. We will definitely be back.

My wife and I saw the sign driving by. I always appreciate a good burger so we stopped to give them a try. Price was a little high, but not incredible for the quality. Staff did a very good job of balance between being helpful and giving space. The space was clean including the tables. I tried the classic burger meal with added bacon. The house sauce is mayo with a touch of mustard and paprika, tangy with a slight spice afterbite that complimented the burger well. The bun was fresh and soft, slightly sweet, giving the impression they are made inhouse. The burger was slightly pink inside and juicy, which I appreciate. The lettuce and tomato was fresh and proportioned well to the burger overall. The fries were hot and crisp lightly salted. My wife tried the duo meal getting the cowboy burger and a crispy chicken sandwich with sweet potatoe fries. Though these each came as 3 ounce sliders she found herself full after the burger and fries. The BBQ sauce was smokey but not overwhelming. The carmelized onions were perfectly cooked. The sweet potatoe fries were soft with a slight crunch. She carried the chicken sandwich out. It’s nice to see an alternative to the regular chain places. We also got a family box of sliders to take home to the kids. The packaging was nice, but the burgers were a little soggy after travel as you would expect of fresh cooked food. All in all a good experience and I will stop in again the next time I am passing the area.
