Juicy, delicious and cooked to perfection. Glad I stopped I had the Angus beef burger with fries) garlic sauce. I will definitely will be ordering what’s on the menu in the near future. Nice cozy sitting area and clean.

Customer service was great, but the burgers not so much. The buns were cold and the meat tasted premade store-brought. Not the place I’d go for a burger. Cookies and Cream milkshake was enjoyable. Employee verbally confirmed halal meat.

This is an average burger at a steakhouse price! I got the angus burger combo with onion rings. The burger was average at best and the onion rings were just plain old frozen onion rings. I do not think it was worth the price that they charged for it. Nothing wrong but nothing great.

I’ve never been to a BurgerIM before. When we walked in, the first thing we noticed was that the air conditioner wasn’t running. It was cooler outside. The Coke Freestyle machine was out of almost everything; they had regular Coke, sparkling water, orange Powerade, and orange Powerade Zero. No flavors for the Coke or water. My family sat and seriously questioned our decision to eat here. However, when the food came out, it was delicious. As my wife put it, “Well, the food was the saving grace.”

Its good. Im not sure of all the low reviews. I got the jalapeño/spicy burger and it was good. The wait time was less than 5 minutes. The staff was friendly.

Got the falafel burger, the cowboy (bacon and onion ring), and some kids cheese burgers. Everything was lacking in sauces and condiments, but flavor wise great. Since we had brought our meals home, I added a lot of Tzatziki sauce and veggies to my falafel burger (which was almost too dry to swallow) and it was outstanding! Some hummus would’ve taken it up another level.

Awesomeness of yumminess 40 million combinations of just the burgers alone and then salads, fries, sweet potato fries, wings, chicken strips, kids menu, extra patties option, vegan falafel food, salmon burger, lettuce wraps, freestyle soda, milkshakes, onion rings, corporate boxes, family boxes, and party boxes of burgers, chicken wings, fries must see the menu for better and more details. Safety deviders, inside and outside seating. Grubhub, door dash, Chow now, ubereats all accepted, pickup, delivery, and dine in. Accepts all payments cash, credit card, online, etc…. Right at the center of downtown Harrisburg PA 17101 zip code. A pleasant atmosphere. A must try. Thanks, and have great times .

This is the most delicious place to be! I have been, seen, and have ate here multiple times since the opening of the restaurant. The variety of flavors and food they offer is insurmountable. The staff are very nice and kind Everytime I go. The food here is truly worth the wait as it takes a few minutes to make it all fresh and delicious. I plan to keep coming back to I the restaurant and see what wonderful flavors to try next!
