Good burger. For the price I would rather go to Five Guys and get mounds of fries. I got the CEO burger, and couldn’t really taste the aioli or jam. It just tasted like a good, not great, bacon cheeseburger. Our main issue was with staff. The gentleman at the register didnt have much interaction with us while ordering, tho we cracked a few jokes. He was very soft spoken and difficult to hear. And the lady doing different things behind the counter was quite rude when we asked about drinks, and when our food was ready. Seemed like she had somewhere better to be. If I am going to spend $50 for burgers and fries for my family of food and not have a waiter, at least the staff can be friendly. And honestly, I had read this was an issue in previous reviews but ignored. Management, if this is stated more than once then you need to address it! Word of mouth is how you will grow

Regarding the food, the burgers in particular, two words, beyond amazing! This was my first visit to BurgerFi and I absolutely loved it. Totally digging the ambiance, the decor and most importantly the food. The burgers are amazing and the sides, the sides are somewhat out of this world. I’ve eaten lots of onion rings in the past but non as good as these. The onion rings are the absolute best I have ever eaten. The fries are good also but ya gotta try the onion rings, not to mention they are freakin huge and delicious. Do I recommend this BurgerFi, a resounding yes. If you are into burgers, treat yourself to this place.

Everything is fresh the burgers are thick and juicy the fries are also handmade I believe because that’s exactly how they taste everything is just perfect there I have no complaints! This is where we go when we want a good burger.

I’ve eaten here a couple dozen times as the food is very good, I’ve never had a bad experience with the food or drink here. If you want the best deal go during lunchtime and you’ll save a few dollars when ordering a burger, fries and a drink. They have a small outside area where you can eat if you have your dog with you too.

Our food was great, burgers were juicy and delicious. Favorite thing by far was the Urban fries, they have Parmesan and some kind of mayo/sauce on it they were awesome! Minus two stars only cuz the girl who took our order seemed kinda rude, I asked a question about the meat and she acted like I was stupid for asking it. Afterward tried to be more helpful cuz she realized she was kind of a jerk. She needs to work on her people skills. Other than that, food was great

My husband and I heard about what a great place this is, and we finally had a chance to make it. I didn’t realize there are literally no toppings that come with the majority of the burgers and they are the size in-between a slider and what you’d expect for a burger. The taste was good, but we left hungry and disappointed overall. The gal taking our order asked if we wanted singles or doubles. We both took a single and she gave my husband a crazy look. We figured out later it was probably because they are fairly small and only had the meat on it. It’s fine if that’s how it comes, but it would be nice to have guidance from people that work there so we know we are basically just getting a snack for the price of a full-blown meal.

Surprised at how good this place was. Burgers were way above average, plus the fries and rings were outstanding. Great selection of beverages. Fast, well trained staff. Great place if you’re near waterway, and don’t want to have a big expensive meal at the full service restaurants.

I was not impressed with the food here. The burger was good but not gormet good. The fries were bad! They looked and tasted like they were cooked in old oil and the onion rings had no flavor at all. Total waste of $14.44.
