It is absolutely not worth the money, perhaps $11 out the door. The Burger was okay, but for $17.10 for 4 onion rings and a burger that is literally run of the mill, can make it at home mess, you’ve got to be kidding me.

This was our first time visiting. We saw it driving by and decided to try. Husband had the rodeo patty melt and I had the junior cheeseburger and we shared parm and herb fries and the Cajun fries. We should have just gotten 1 combo meal because there were a LOT of fries. Raphael was very friendly and helpful with our order, as it was our first visit. Somewhat pricy for lunch, but delicious and large portion. Would go back.

I regularly go to the location at Trinity but yesterday stopped by at the one at Odessa. The staff there is a lot more put together and friendly. It wasn’t too busy so my food came out very fast, I decided to try the new Patty melt with Onion rings and it was great. Rafael had a smile on his face and was very helpful and made sure my order came out quick and made sure it was right. Would definitely recommend this location.

I wanted to try somewhere new and not many places had vegan options listed online. However, BurgerFi has the Beyond Vegan Burger which I decided to give a try. To say the least, I wasn’t disappointed with the food. The burger was flavorful (somewhat coma-inducing) and the French fries were well seasoned. For $10.99 the burger was on par with the prices of all the other burgers. It’s great to have more places offering vegan/plant-based options. I’ll most certainly be back in the future. 10/10

Great food! Very clean location with beautiful scenery. The staff were nice. The manager, Kiona, even came out to check if our meal was great and if we needed anything. Best location I’ve visited by far 🙂

First time trying this place and did pick up. Nice place. Did 2 hamburgers and a bacon cheese with fries all around. The meat was juicy, but mostly bland. In fact, no one in my family liked it all that much. For basically $13 for burger and fries, it wasn’t worth it. We were debating going to Five Guys, and we all wish we did afterwards. Oh well. Won’t be back, but now we know.

Stopped by for lunch since I was in the area and grabbed their veggie and beyond burger with their fries and onion rings with a drink left a tip for 40 bucks. Overall I gave it 3 stars because no one came up to us when we were at the counter so we had to use the kiosk to order. Never being there it took some time to navigate through the menu. Personally I didn’t see a value there when a burger is 12 bucks and comes with nothing. Fancy fast food with subpar quality food that isn’t worth the price.

Not making this up, a sign in the restaurant says, “Less burger joint, more gourmet restaurant.” Far from that. Ordered off a touchscreen, to I assume speed things up. While there was more employees than customers, yet still finished our burgers before anyone could get a milk shake. This was after the flavor I ordered was unavailable.
