What a horrible experience for a place that just opened! I ordered for pick up and the first red flag was a HAIR on my burger! Then my husband takes a bite of his burger and the meat is basically RAW when when we asked well done, and then we notice MOLD on the bread. Trust me when I say I will never buy food from this place again.

This long awaited spot in Miami lakes is such a disappointment. The service was lacking courtesy. I placed an order and the name was incorrect on the receipt. Until today I still don’t know why this happened but the supervisor made me feel as if I wanted to take someone’s food even after I confirmed my order with online receipt. The burger was not good at all either, which I’m surprised because I’ve had many other burger fis. Sad that this quality is in Miami lakes. I hope this restaurant can improve.

I advise against ordering from this location. I placed an Uber Eats at 9:05 pm tonight, Friday night. At 9:50 pm, almost an hour after waiting, I was prompted in the app saying that my order was delayed and would be delivered at 11:50pm.

its no wonder this location only has 3 stars!!! i placed a large order for employees of mine. when the order arrived an order of 5pc chicken tenders was missing. no big deal, mistakes happen. after speaking with a woman on the phone it seemed not to be a big issue and sent my employee back to recover the missing item as for one of my guys was not going to be able to eat. when he arrived Henry the manager made accusations to my employee as if the measly 8 bucks worth of tenders were in the bag but somehow feels he’s doing us a favor by providing them anyways. Henry made my employee feel so bad that he turned around, left the tenders and walked out. this is not the first time this location has been rude and made us feel as anything and everything but less than a customer. i would not recommend this grotesque staff starting especially with the manager HENRY. leadership starts from the top which it is obvious that this location lacks. i spoke with HENRY about this issue and saw first hand what my employee was talking about. i will not spend another dollar there. shame on me for going back.

If you want an expensive hamburger, this is the place to come to. The flavor of the food is nothing to brag about. The service could be better. No greeting, there was an attitude of, why are you bothering me, and then to top it off, a tip is suggested when it’s time to pay. Tip for what, doing your job and taking an order?

Don’t bother ordering with Uber eats. I ordered 2 burgers and fries and they couldn’t fulfill the order within an hour. Three Uber drivers waited over 15 minutes each time for my order to be mad. Not a good sign considering it literally was 3 items. You know it’s bad when I can order from Pines and have it here quicker than the new Burgerfi less than 2 miles from my house in Miami lakes

Any review that says the service here was fast is lying big time. I literally saw at least 12, and I’m not exaggerating, 12 customers complaining about their food back to back. Tonight one of the customers refunded their food because they took too long. I visited on a weekday, not only did I wait almost an hour for my food, but it was incorrect. When they corrected it, it tasted horrible. Nothing like what the burgerFi’s in the surrounding areas like Doral and Pines taste like. Come here if you like long waits, terrible tasting food, and little kids laughing and playing with their hair instead of working.

I am writing this review to share my extremely disappointing experience at Burger Fi. The service was completely disorganized and disjointed. I waited for a total of 40 minutes for just 2 burgers and a fry, which is unacceptable. What’s even worse is that three other customers who ordered after me received their food before I did.
