First time trying and I wasn’t that much impressed.. I asked for extra tomato and got the bare minimum even after I stressed that I wanted heavy tomato. Parm and Herb fries didn’t have any herbs(very bland)Overall the meal was ok. Customer service was ok. Will I go back? Not for awhile.

We’ve eaten here a few times and the burgers are good and hot. I like that they have a lettuce bun replacement option for those choosing a low carb/ no gluten lifestyle. Today we tried the new street stack and it was good but the arepas were very oily. I was a little disappointed in that. The fries and onion rings were yummy.

This isn’t an ordinary fast casual burger joint. When you first walk in you’ll immediately be hit with the smell of the homemade candied bacon-tomato jam. A unique menu with unique offerings, The CEO provides the most tender patties I may have ever had at any chain restaurant. The urban fry is also must side dish, and not listed on the corporate website. In fact, I’d say it’s almost hard to compare BurgerFi to any other burger joint, just because there is such a unique taste profile to their signature burgers (unless you get an ordinary cheese/bacon burger). Service is by no means quick, but it was not very busy on our visit during lunch hour. Prices are high, but it is a more premium product. The only two negatives I can give: Paper straws (they suck) and the onion rings needed something to dip them in.

The spicy chicken sandwich there is good and other sandwiches look interesting but don’t order parmesan + herb on the fries unless you want it to look like this. All parmesan, no herb. I couldn’t eat it or take it off so it was a waste. Tell the employees if they accidentally spill half the bottle of parmesan on the fries to toss them into the trash, not into a customer’s bag. I never write reviews because it’s usually not that serious but I was disappointed and annoyed with this

Went in there today and ordered the Ultimate Bacon Cheeseburger and Truffle Aioli fries. The food was good but not very much Truffle Aioli sauce. I asked nicely for a little more Aioli sauce and was told that I would have to pay more. I had already paid extra for the Aioli sauce. The cashier wasn’t very nice and made a smart comment. She said they can’t give it away. Very disappointed.

I just recently had an ultimate bacon cheeseburger and it was HORRIBLE! I had been waiting there patiently for about 20-25 minutes, cause it was busy and I understood that, but for me to finally get my burger and it was COLD and had those crumbled and burnt bacon pieces on ,which is not acceptable. I get it, your busy, you want to get your customers served,but don’t serve us the bacon scraps from the bottom of the pan,not cool.

I tried out the “green style” cheeseburger, which substitutes lettuce for bread. It’s not pretty but it tasted excellent The cheeseburger was great and the fries are very well done as well. There is beauty in simplicity and Burger Fi does a great job.
