No coffee? Service was Quick and friendly for breakfast at 5:45 AM at at crowded RDU on a holiday weekend. What no one else in line!? Had bacon and egg sandwich. Good and tasty sandwich. But server said said “we don’t have coffee” I didn’t hear it at first. What no coffee? It is sort of the minimum qualification to be called a restaurant. Server said our coffee maker broke a while back. They won’t send us a new one. Come on owners. It is coffee. Literally the least you can do.

there was a guy in the kitchen who kept yelling at people, I tried to order at the kiosks and he yelled at me to order at the register, then at the register I tried to order something they were out of and he yelled “no!” before the cashier could even say anything. the breakfast sandwich was good, but he kind of ruined the atmosphere

Great experience and the manager was very attentive with all customers. No beer on tap and fountain drinks were out. As a company, they were delayed, but the bar tender helped as much as she could. Great times.

Waited 15 min to place an order. 20 min for food. Burger sat there while my fries were cooked, so it was cold. Very poor management. Employees are dismissive rude to customers. This location tarnishes your brand.

Rude workers. You would think after paying 50 dollars for 3 burgers they could at least do customer service right. Burgers sucked. Worst of all we asked a TSA employee where the best food was… we were lied to. The employee wouldn’t even pass my 10 yr old daughter her cup for her drink. Should have read reviews first. Ghetto indeed. It was like I was back in Houston do better RDU.

I was traveling alone so not to take from a group of people, I sat down at the bar area (there were several open seats) I ordered a a CEO burger an order of onion rings and a soda. I was then told that I was not allowed to sit there because I was not drinking alcohol. And I was told to wait in line and order from the kiosk. To me I really feel like this is a very rude and borderline discriminatory policy. I mean I was still spending $30. + for a meal there
