We had a very good first experience trying this spot. After reading some of the other reviews, I will say, it helps if you order and eat in. Their takeout/online system seems to need work.

This was my first time coming to Burgerfi and overall, it was very enjoyable! There are Pros and Cons to it though.

I took my son out for movie and dinner and we were so pleased with the service and staff. They took great care of us, especially Logan. There was a slight mixup with our order and she immediately took action and resolved the situation quickly! I was so impressed! She also came back a few times later to ensure we were pleased. This is customer service at its Finest! Thank you so much for your service! Abundant blessings to the entire staff

My husband and I came here for dinner on our date night. We drive by it a lot and he wanted to try it. In all honesty, I was going to go get my meal from Cava next door, but decided to order here because the menu options looked delicious. Unfortunately, we were so underwhelmed. There was no line when we went in and the restaurant was not very full, yet we waited over 20 minutes for our food. We ordered a beyond burger, an ultimate bacon cheeseburger, Parmesan herb fries, onion rings.and two drinks. Total was $43.99. All the food was underseasoned or not seasoned. We paid $1.29 extra for mushrooms on the bacon burger and got five small mushroom slices (see picture). The beyond burger was flavorless and flat. Did not enjoy the onion rings or the fries. I’ve heard that people compare this place to Five Guys. No comparison. Five Guys is a million times better. We won’t be wasting our hard earned money here again. Go to Five Guys for a much better burger or go next door to Cava for the best salad ever.

There were five staff members there when I went in no one was at the front counter. The cook had to ask somebody to come help me with five people there you would think that they can validate the food. Make sure it’s correct, and one be at the counter to greet guest.

Visited the one in upper Raleigh some years ago. This one was in South Raleigh and the food was okay but my fries were overcooked. The place was very clean.

Ordered from kiosk which was more complicated than it should be but the default 15% tip for self ordering I found a bit ridiculous. Waited for the cups for soft drinks and was told to just grab them from the dispenser behind the counter. One burger was wrong and had no cheese so went to request it be fixed and was literally offered a slice of cheese. The girl behind the counter looked dumbfounded when I stated I just wanted it made correctly and again offered me a slice of cheese that she was going to hand me. Don’t get me wrong, food is excellent but service is pathetic and I felt like my family was inconveniencing the person behind the counter when just asking for our cups or requesting the mistake be fixed. $50 for three burgers, two sodas and a small fry and for that I would expect service to be better as they really just need to make your order correctly and bring it to your table. I’ll go Shake Shake for overpriced burgers and skip BurgerFi as I have been going on occasion for five years but this was the last time.

Burger and onion rings were delicious! 4/5 on the food. Restaurant was late opening.. about 5 minutes. Unfortunately there was no ice available. Both ice makers were out of ice. A little disappointed after spending nearly $21 for one single bacon cheeseburger, onion rings, and drink. Way too expensive.. poor value.

When you arrive you place your order via app or at a screen at the front counter. There are 2. If they are busy I could see this taking a bit of time especially if someone is not familiar with the interface. There are numbers for the tables and you choose one to place at your table and enter the number as you check out so they can bring out your food. You also enter your name. When my food was brought out they called my name instead of bringing so I don’t know why they bother with you placing a number on your table. I got their burgerfi quinoa burger. I also had a lettuce bun for my veggie burger so if you have gluten issues there is an option for you here. It is really good! I enjoy their French fries too and they give you a lot. Probably enough to share.

My favorite part of the meal was the onion rings, though they were greasy. The burgers were meat and grease heavy—not much toppings or vegetables/ not well balanced. It was so greasy the bottom bun was soggy on both burgers. The milk shake was almost a third whipped cream. The drink machines were great, but they did not have ice. The food felt haphazardly put together.
