Will never go to this BurgerFi again. I don’t know what’s going on in the kitchen, but it took 25 minutes to my dried out, small burger. I feel like it was microwaved, but after waiting it was still not warm.. Wish I would have gone to the Shake Shack where I had a juicy burger last time in Concourse A. Wanted to return it after looking at it and taking a bite, but then I’d be waiting another 25 minutes to get possibly the same thing. Pretty disappointing!

We stopped here cause we had a delay on our flight. The service was nice, however they were out of quite a few things. The manager came around and just yelled at the people working. He wasn’t pleasant or nice. He definitely didn’t make the bar customers feel welcome.

This was my first time trying Burgerfi. Probably not the best idea in an airport but nevertheless… the menu advertises “fresh cut fried” and the photo shows fresh cut fries and onion rings (which they don’t actually sell here). However, when I received my order the fries looked like the kind you get from the Restaurant Depot 6mi away. Frozen.. not fresh! When I asked I was told they are fresh cut fries. Lies. I also requested for them to be extra crispy. So much for that. All mushy. The burger was dry and the bun was tough. Just head to Shake Shack. Don’t waste your money. I gave it 2 stars because the young lady who took my order was polite and friendly.

Slooooooooow. There was no line and I waited over 40 minutes for my sandwich. Crew was just hanging out and goofing off. Very unprofessional. Stay away.

As an employee at the airport for a different company, I would definitely eat here again. The ladies at the registers were excellent and my food came out ready quickly enough for me to be able to take a 30 minute break and not feel the need to rush eat my food.

As a person who is visiting from Florida, and I have dined at BurgerFi locations alot in the sunshine state, wanted to try out this location. The staff were friendly, and the service was good. So I ordered Chicken Tenders and “Fresh Cut Fries”, and although the chicken tenders were the same as u would get at their regular locations, I was very disappointed with the fries they served, as I expected natural cut fries, and they served frozen fries like you would get at sit down restaurants. So if u decide to dine at this BurgerFi before your flight, don’t expect the “Fresh Cut Fries” like the regular locations serve you.

Cheese sauce for over a dollar and it’s basically just a ketchup packet of cold cheese?? Rude staff who threw out a handful of fries because they didn’t fit in her hand for the order and this happened to only some after she checked the ticket and said something that sounds an awful lot like “no tip.” I guess it’s better than starving…

We generally like burgerfi. This location is just not good. You can’t customize your toppings at the kiosk unless you want to add premium toppings. So order from the one cashier. Food took 15 mins for a single burger and was criminally overcooked. Next time I will eat my leather shoe.
