Burger and fries are decent; but customer service is seriously lacking! The heavy set white male who works there is rude and shuts the lobby down around 7pm and won’t take orders at 9:30pm they are listed as being open until 10pm.

Doesn’t always happen, but today I’ve been in the drive thru for about 30 minutes, I was going to get 2 Olive burgers but changed my order to 1 since the people who work here seem to hate making sweet tea. This is the only location where I can almost never get a large sweet tea. Can absolutely never get one after 8pm, apparently that’s the cutoff time for even thinking about making more. Burgers are great, they could maybe use another employee inside since they can’t keep up with the customers

Really small room, ladies working seemed irritated we cane through door and not drive through. Doors were locked at 11:30, sign on door says doors open at 10.

This was my first time of going to Burger Street and it was phenomenal! I had the# 2 Double meat & cheese burger combo ( $10 ) which came with curly fries in a 20 oz drink. The burger came with lettuce, tomato, Purple Onion , mayonnaise and mustard. It was very juicy and super delicious! The manager, Dustin, was very professional and informative… both him and his associate gave excellent customer service! I will be returning!
