Right when we walked into the door tonight, the lady at the front counter was super nice! We told her it was our first time eating here and she went through ALL the menus in detail and explained everything to us. Great customer service right there! Usually when I walk into a new place to eat I get the huff and rude run down….not here! It was a pleasant surprise to say the least! Our food came out hot and was absolutely delicious. My daughter and I had sandwiches off the Big Cheese menu and my husband had Burger Star. Our sandwiches from Big Cheese were excellent quality. My husband thought the hamburger meat quality was a little lacking at Burger Star but overall he still enjoyed his sandwich. There were three ladies that we encountered while there late this evening and they all knew the TRUE meaning of customer service. We actually thought they were open till 9pm, but they closed at 8pm (winter hours) and never once did we feel rushed or hurried out the door. Again, amazing customer service!!! Thank you ladies! You made our first experience here GREAT and we’ll definitely be back!! Hope the next visit is just as AWESOME 🙂

Staff was friendly. But the place was a mess. Condiment bar had ketchup everywhere, tables and chairs did not look like they have been wiped off. Grilled cheese bread was burnt but cheese was not melted, Mac and cheese was old and burger was mediocre at best and fries were soggy. Had to go to McDonald’s after Burger Star to find something my family would eat.

Boy, did their quality go down since they moved to the new location. When they were on 72nd, I thought they were an awesome burger shop. Burger was burnt fries were soggy and cold. I will NOT be back. A real shame too!

Came in right at open, the place was so dirty. Wondering if they cleaned from the day before. Bathrooms also a mess. If the dining room and bathroom looked like that, I would hate to see the kitchen.
