Totally incompetent staff. Waited 20 minutes, went to check on the status of the order and was told that they have about a 30 minute wait and that I had ten minutes still. Another 20 minutes later and the food was finally ready. For a simple burger and fries. It does not take that long for burgers to cook. Maybe if they utilized the entire space of their grill and cooked more than 6 patties at a time they would be a little more efficient. They also find this long of a wait to be normal. Stay away.

Best ever Philly Cheesesteak! The fries are just crispy perfect! I could eat this everyday! The staff were super nice and I didn’t have to wait that long, but if I had to wait awhile, it would be worth it! Thank you for an amazing meal! My husband had the cheeseburger and it was delicious!

I don’t normally write reviews, but this was an exception. The wait was long but… the food was delicious! I loved the Bacon Cheeseburger! As mentioned earlier, the line was long, but Burger NV just opened, and there are many people wanting to try all the places around the market, so that was understandable. I applaud the two workers for battling through all those orders! I am also impressed at how they were able to make delicious food despite the pressure and work. I give Burger NV five stars for their amazing quality, resilient workers, and overall cleanliness of the place.

Their burger was excellent. The french fries left something to be desired. They look like the bottom of the barrel and they’ve been sitting in the pan for too long.

I paid $9 and waited 28 minutes for what you see here including ketchup packets (beer not included). I asked the manager “do you think it’s fair that I had to wait almost 30 minutes for one order of onion rings? She said yeah that’s the way it goes. I can’t think of one place in Reno that would take 30 minutes to make one order of onion rings for that amount of money. No fresh ketchup packs and clearly the oil needed to be cleaned because it was filled with scraps.

Cook was extremely rude, time to take from order to delivery was said to be 20 minutes by rude cook. We waited 37 minutes. Don’t take cash. Realize they have just opened but no excuse for the treatment we received. I am highly disappointed in our whole experience there. This cook and staff need to be better trained on customer service or fired. Quality of food is ok but not for a 30 plus minute wait.
