Service depends on who is serving you. We have visited BK a couple of times in the last three months. The first time, one of the workers was picking up the trays in the dining area, complaining loudly that the guest were slobs and should be picking up after themselves. Very unprofessional. Gal at register seemed put out she had to take our order. The second time, there was a more pleasant gal at the counter taking our order..

The lady knows me by name always very helpful and nice. I take my kids to play here a lot of weekend since they have the indoor play area. 2.99 kids meals you can’t beat that. I can eat here for 3 people well under 20$ and McDonald’s is about 30$

If I could give 0 stars I would. This is the absolute worst place. They have the worst customer service. The kids toy smell like they don’t ever clean them smells like pee the manager cindy told me I’m a liar she absolutely the most eude person i have spoke to they refuse to answer any questions like why did I put my card in for a refund but get charged 2 times for the same meals and did not even eat them they can’t speak to someone with any sort of respect or Decency thanks for ruining b day luch with the family then making it out to be as if it was .y fault that they are so Incompetent can’t even fallow simple food orders isn’t it bk have it your way. So why when I asked for no tomatoes and extra pickles it’s not something.that can be handled ? The dirtiest nastiest most rude and disgusting people I have had to come across refuse to give me any managers name or number above them I would say you better off eating poop then eating the gross food and nasty service

The employees talked the whole time they cooked our order and took an unnecessary amount of time to cook 4 kids burgers while they knew me and my mom and 3 sisters sat in the car while listening to the infant cry the whole time meanwhile they were taking they’re sweet old time to cook FOUR PLAIN BURGERS. Sadly, we don’t know the employees name to file a complaint

Ordered the $5 JR duo special, got our receipt and was $4 a burger. Talked to the lady and she said it’s because there is cheese on it nothing she can do. I said it’s not on the sign there’s an extra charge talked to the manager and she said they should be 2 for $5 and had to refund us. The lady at the register was rude and so was the one handing out food.

This place is soooo slow. I have no clue why even when it’s dead it’s extremely slow. NEVER go here if you are in a rush to get somewhere or on your lunch break. Sometimes can spend up to 45 minutes in line when there’s only two cars ahead. It’s nuts.

I would choose BK over McDonalds every time. Their service seems a bit slower, but maybe that has to do with their process rather than productivity. For my money, their fries are much better.
