Taking that long to get four meals wrong is inexcusable. I said with cheese more times than the number of sandwiches I ordered. Not a single poo of a sandwich had cheese on it. Save yourself 45 minutes in a drive through with no one but yourself in it, go get food where they’re going to at least get your order right.

Ok, what’s going on at this location? I sometimes literally wait in the drive-through line for 10-15 minutes, all for an order that is often times incorrect. I’ve seen the process of making the food here. Knowing that you guys aren’t throwing meat on the grill, what’s taking so long? I completely understand waiting that long for fresh food, but we all know that’s not happening at any Burger King (despite trying to advertise the opposite). I could also understand if there was as a large line, but this continues to happen with one or two other customers in line (accounting for outside and inside). So, again, I’m inquiring was to what the major malfunction is. Likewise, these visits aren’t during peak times, and I see no signs of a staffing shortage. Thus, again arriving at why this is so perplexing.
