I don’t know what leads a crew to be this helpful and quick but they are an exceptional one.

Manager Zeke was extremely disrespectful and rude, they refused to cook us another burger that they had forgotten about and were complaining that my family and I that “Finished” all the products putting the blame on us for holding up the line. It would have been okay if he had simply told us we would have to wait a bit because they were busy (even though there was no one else inside, but still even then we could understand) but how he approached the problem he was putting the blame completely on us, (for being a big family who came to share a meal together) he could have kept his mouth shut or at least realize he went too far and apologized (which he did not) and we all could have carried on with our days but instead, he refused to make the burger. We left with one person (the one who paid $200+) didn’t even get to eat.

It was disappointing to see a manager treat an entire family with disrespect and rudeness. After spending $200+ on our order and realizing we were missing a burger, we asked if they could make the missing burger. The manager was rude and eventually raised his voice because he didnt want to make the burger and blamed us for “taking up all the meat and using all our product”. He was unnecessarily rude and disrespectful. We told him he was bing rude for no reason and he continued to say we were the problem. I understand food service is a hard job but to take it out on a Hispanic family when you’re a white manager (Zeke) and you won’t back down or simply acknowledge that you said something rude and problematic, that is not okay. We were being civil and respectful, and we still cleaned up our tables after. Because we’re better than that. What a terrible manager, the absolute worst customer service and human experience.

The value menu burgers I got were stone cold but they remade hot ones without issue. Eerily empty for BK. Strange bright sky mountain vibe. It was creepy. BK in the middle of nowhere no one cares about.

The manager zeke was so rude to our entire family. We had several of us so yes it was a larger order. We recognized that and counted the burgers we got and noted and told the cashier that we were missing one sandwich. At this point all was normal and fine the cashier went to let the manager (Zeke) know… that’s when everything turned to chaos. We could heard the manger telling his crew that we apparently got our entire order and “too bad, they finished all our product so now we don’t have any meat” he then came to tell use he refuses to make our one burger to complete the order. We would have been completely understanding if he simply said something like “we will get to your order as soon ad we complete this drive through order, thank you for your patience” instead he raised his voice and refused to admit that what he said was rude and unnecessary when all we did was to kindly let them know that one burger was missing. We were willing to pay if needed, even though we already paid $200+, and he was gaslighting us telling us he had the freedom of speech. For what? To be rude and say that our family “used up all your product?” Even when we calmly explained that we’ve worked in food service and would never give this kind of customer service, and even tried to empathize with him, he would not acknowledge he was being rude, problematic, and narrow minded. Never have I had such a terrible customer service and human experto me in Washington.

The manager zeke was so rude and disrespectful to our family tonight. He should not be working there and managing a burger King. When we informed staff that we were missing a burger, the manager went to the back to turn off the camera and then came out to speak very rude to us.

I waited at the counter over 30 minutes for food. I tried to make eye contact, which worked twice, but I was ignored by the same girl. Finally my wife raised her voice and a young man came up, apologized, told us that our order got deleted after 15 min automatically (what??) and he refunded our money.

Lunch rush so I was a bit understanding but they got the food wrong 3 times. My family ordered 2 whopper meals and 2 extra whoppers. 2 of the whoppers were ketchup only and 2 were everything add jalapeños. The first time they came with everything but ketchup. The second time they ALL came with jalapeños, by now I was upset. The lady at the counter said, just eat them. I explained there was no way I was paying the amount I did for us to just “eat them”.

Drive through was busy, but no one inside for awhile. The guy at the counter helped me right away, while still ordering, my first sandwich was already made. Unfortunately, I changed what was on it, but it wasn’t conveyed to the people in the back. I guess a learning experience while not in rush mode. Floors felt a little sticky, after a couple minutes I was off. A couple people came inside when I left, but the drive through was still busy, people wanting their dinner.
