Being the only person in the drive through and no customers inside I immediately was told that the person inside was very busy and could I wait a moment. I’m not sure if there is a staffing issue or not but I arrived several hours after opening. There I sat for about 10 minutes before I got to order my food from what appeared to sound like an annoyed employee. Typically I don’t trust annoyed employees preparing my food because the attention to detail comes into question. The meal showed up, it was fresh and ready to go but it is not a place I’d visit again.

DON NOT GO TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT! unless you want to wait 35 min for your food. The whole concept of fast food is to have it cooked and assembled in an orderly time and manner whoever was working at 8:15pm on July 3rd was rude, and pushy, and the “two” other employees that were working were incredibly slow and seemed incompetent of doing their jobs in a timely manner!

I go here in the mornings every once in a while. They always ask me to park and wait at the first window and they will wave to the second when they’re ready. I found this is a way for them to cheat corporate stats. Once I found that out I now always pull to the paying window and wait there. I’m often met with rudeness. “We didn’t wave you, please pull to the front of the building and we’ll bring your food to you.” Literally no one behind me! Perhaps next time I’ll take a picture of the sign they have one the first window asking to wait till waved through.

I waited in the drive through line for 10 minutes (I timed it) without a car in front of me, and the person said that they’d be with me momentarily. Never responded or came back. I waited and asked if someone would take my order as cars continued to back up behind me. I then just left.

We tried to go through the drive through Monday night. The sign said “drive through open” When there was no answer, we pulled around to find an open window and not a single person in sight. My husband and I both started to wonder if something was wrong. We called out “hello?” several times and there was finally an answer. The woman appeard and said “what!” We told her we wanted to order but there was no answer. She told us “that cuz my battery dead!” Then turned away, cursed quietly but audibly, and proceeded to ignore us. We left. We won’t be going back.

Was in the area getting a title transfer and had to use the restroom. Was told it was for paying customers only- so I proceeded to pay 9.22 for a small sprite and desecated and sickly looking chicken fingers. All as a pass to use a bathroom that hadn’t been cleaned in…too long. I went in expecting it to be an unpleasant experience, but not a noteworthy one. Everyone expects their having to stop at a fast food place to take a leak will suck, but having to pay 10 bucks while you hold your breath to pee was…interesting.

The worst customer service, the longest wait. Once I waited half an hour to place an order (only 1 car in front of me), I was told to wait at the second window until they flagged me to the first window to pay. That was another half hour. At the end of that exhausting ordeal, my order was made incorrectly.

The management here is pretty bad. Months ago I went there and I sat at the first window for so long because there’s a sign there that tells you wait here where you can pay. I waited and waited and waited and I kept looking at the first window to see if somebody is going to look out and wave me down and nobody did finally I gave up waiting and moved up to the second window. I asked why the sign was there if nobody is going to be there and the girl said that the manager put it there so that when they’re super busy they’ll have some extra time. And I said well I’ve been waiting there though and you never told me to come. And she apologized. She also thought it was a little inconvenient so I told her then why don’t you take it down. And she said because it was the managers sign I’ll have to ask her. I just went back there and that was months ago and guess what the sign is still on the first window I was behind a car who did exactly what I did and waited and waited and waited. There was nobody else in front of him and there wasn’t anyone at the 2nd window waving to him to come to their window and surely they know that he’s there and they don’t even care. Why even call yourself a fast food restaurant? Finally he moved up to the second window. I was shocked that this sign was there and you know it’s even crazier the first time I went the sign was hand written and now it is printed with a 🙂 emoji. they really went through so much work just to have people sit and wait at the first window confused and waiting all so that they don’t feel rushed. I don’t think the first ordering lane works either…either that or they were just ignoring me.
