If you want to sit in front of the speaker for five to ten minutes AFTER they acknowledge your presence, then place your order only to wait at the window another ten minutes for your cold food, than you’ve hit the jackpot. The above scenario is if you are the only, or one of two or three cars at the drive through line. This is not a random occurrence. It’s every time I’ve been there in 2023, approx twice a month, and only because it’s close and I’m hoping the management has improved. Nope. Today there were six cars in line so I thought I’d try out the dining room experience. There were two people waiting in the dining room when I came in. An employee immediately announced it would be 20-30 minutes before our orders would be taken. Then she and another employee walked out the door to their cars, followed by all of us who were waiting to order. Who is running this place? It appeared to be adequately staffed. You can’t make this stuff up!

I was just at Burger King and spent $30. We waited 15 minutes in the drive through for our food with no one else in line. When we received our food we noticed immediately it was cold. When I asked the middle aged gentleman to replace the food he shut the window in my face. We will be coming back tomorrow for our money back. Go to McDonalds it’s just down the road

What a bad joke. First, the lady with no teeth messed up a basic order. When the customer brought up the issue, he was very patient up until one of the employees insulted him. Spineless string bean of a Manager didn’t seem to care much. Toothless decided to go to the back and start complaining LOUDLY about how the customer ordered the wrong thing when really it was the employee who made the mistake. Customer also showed on the receipt what he had ordered and the employee still acted like the customer was wrong. Also my chicken sandwich was more dry than this town

The cook was Tweakin, the manager wasn’t doing anything about it, and the Tweaker was yelling and screaming, and getting all the burgers wrong. It wasn’t even busy. There was three people in there. I waited 25 minutes after I ordered for two cheeseburgers of the seven dollar menu. Super basic burgers. it’s Burger King. So everything tasted like it has every other time I’ve been there except I was supposed to get mayonnaise and I got mustard but whatever. I think if they hire a new cook, they’ll be fine. I also felt like they probably should’ve at least offered a refund.

Usually met with redness at the window which I Usually let slide however I just spent over eight dollars on a junior bacon burger, 8 piece nuggets, and small fries. I waited 25 minutes at the window for my order, took it home, I’m missing my fries, my burger is cold and when I called the number is wrong, got some guy named Tony who says it’s a private number so no way to get a hold of these people apparently. I will never go back there, Wendy’s has my business now

Sometimes my hashbrowns or fries are fresh but most of the time they aren’t. Sometimes you get a friendly employee that helps you but most of the time you don’t. Lunch rush is terrible.

Oh man! I’ve never had to wait thirty minutes to place an order. Due to the only cook in the restaurant going to the bathroom…. Which was announced by the drive-thru cashier. And……. Foul language out loud and obscene heard by all. Very chaotic and disorganized.

Terrible customer service and was extremely rude I waited in line for 25 minutes at the front mind you and was ignored, walked by and looked at even…. I’m so incredibly disappointed with the woman behind the counter who was obviously under the influence of narcotics and couldn’t even preform a simple task like taking an order. Worst burger I’ve ever had. Was traveling home today and decided to stop and get something to go. Bun was super dry, the burger was like a hockey puck. Onion still had the skin on, pickles tasted like they’ve been out for a week. Never going to stop there again.
