I’ve never been INSIDE this location, so please take my review here with a small grain of salt (cause its based on drive through only). Generally, this place often looks closed when it isn’t… and service is a little slower than its neighboring competitors… but I almost always receive food that is FRESH (cooked specifically for my order) and well-portioned. This location also sends out coupons for deals several times a month in the post. Aside from how tricky it can be to enter the parking lot, I have no significant complaints about this location.

Not a Burger King fan and this visit reminded me why, it’s dirty and even though there were no other customers my small order took forever! I came to try their “hand breaded chicken sandwiches”, I ordered the original and the spicy. One sandwich cost $5.78, way too much in my opinion. KFC’s chicken sandwich costs $3.99 and it’s much better! The bun was a little too thick and the chicken was a little to thin. The pickles were good but they did not give enough even though I requested extra or what they call “heavy”. The mayo/sauce was good. The spicy sandwich was the better of the two, it was in no way spicy but had a good flavor. No way is this sandwich worth $5.78.

I’ve never had a worse experience as a customer at a fast food place….and then I started doordashing and let me tell you ….avoid this place at all costs. My own experience aside, there was an elderly lady working there at the time and I was sick to my stomach seeing the way she was treated. This is just scratching the surface.

For how long we had to wait in the drive thru. The food should have been picture perfect. I just about fell asleep in the car waiting. Fries were hot and fresh, the only plus. The rest was thrown together and missing onions on the whoppers.

After waiting 30+ minutes in the drive thru, my friend politely expressed his disappointment for the very long wait to the young guy at the window. Instead of the worker apologizing for the wait, he abruptly said “So you don’t want your order now?” and my friend replied “I guess not…” and immediately the worker slammed the window shut! I was on speakerphone with my friend the entire time and I’m appalled! I understand that sometimes businesses are short staffed and I feel bad for the workers who actually show up and try to do the jobs of multiple people. However, the OWNER has a responsibility to not only their customers, but their employees too! NEVER sacrifice quality for quantity!!! If an owner cannot deliver their goods and/or services properly, they need to close their doors until they can operate their business efficiently!!!

After ordering in the drive-through, we waited for 21 minutes before we got our food. We were in a hurry so we went for the “fast food” but it wasn’t fast at all. Would have left but there were cars in front and behind me. Not worth the wait!

I would have given ZERO stars if possible… I understand that Covid 19 makes everything harder for the restaurant industry but there still needs to be some sort of standard. The bathrooms were dirty. The dining room was dirty. we didn’t get all of our order and what we did get wasn’t correct. Both of our Texas Double Whopper’s had so much mustard that even after wiping it off mustard was the main flavor. The chef threw a tantrum due to misplaced items and items that were returned for being incorrect. That same “chef” was yelling profanities for everyone in the restaurant to hear. one of the team members was wearing gloves but he pulled out his cell phone did something on it and put it back away and went right back to dealing with food. Customer service was lacking. There were 3-4 people in BK and the person who came in after us had to stand around for quite a while before they were even acknowledged, let alone had their order taken. All in all I don’t think I’ll ever be going back to this location.
