We both ordered strawberry short cake . We do this several times when strawberries are in season. They are normally so delicious that we go back several times. Well not this year. It was horrible. Neither of us finished our treat. So disappointing. They changed the recipe. And it’s not good. I’m not sure the berries were even fresh. I surmise they were not. And they used to be in their own juice with added sugar. Now it’s some gelatinous coating. And instead of sliced strawberries it was tiny pieces. Just horrible. Guess we won’t be going back as that was the only time we would go there. Too bad.

The drive thru service at the Scappoose Oregon BK is difficult at best. Example: Order a burger you’re asked do you want cheese you say no. Then they ask again, you say no and why you are trying to add a item they talk over you. To make it worse the 3rd time being asked if you want cheese. Then do you want the meal, add a drink etc… the order was one Rodeo Burger and that’ll be all. 3 times asked for cheese. Not given an opportunity to answer before being talked over. No customer service at all. Absolutely the worst BK in all of Oregon.
