Love the number 3. But no love in return when at 4:30 this afternoon the fries are served mixed hot and old and cold and the patty in my impossible whopper burnt around the edges and soft, red, and cool in the center. The only discount I got for the sub par preparation was in the value of me as a paying customer.

Convenient but sometimes chicken is way over cooked and buns often hard. Like sat out long time. But the regular burgers are most always good. Fries are good.

Excellent service at the drive-through here compared to many drive thru that I experienced. The order taker suggested a special deal they had going, which I appreciated. I have been to a lot of BKs and other similar places and this one stands out as one of the better ones.

Seriously the worst. Ever wonder why there’s no line at Pahoa BK and a line of 15 cars at Mc Donald’s? If you want to pay $15 for a meal (on most everything on the menu) to be served subpar quality cold food by an overly unenthusiastic employee who thinks their job requires rocket science; then this is your restaurant. I waited half an hour to get cold food. Paid almost $40 for this garbage. Everything I ordered the cashier repeated back to me looking like he was being held at gunpoint. While waiting in a dark, dim, and dilapidated restaurant you’re forced to listen for half an hour employees bicker amongst each other. It’s by far the worst BK I’ve ever been to. Sorry, I will have it my way by going to and Donald’s from now on.

I usually wait for them to open , but the last two days even at 6:15 they won’t answer the drivethru, thinking that they were broken, I drove up to the window both days. People are in there and see me,but I guess they decided not to serve me so I have decided to never go back, just not worth it. Big zero, a one is too much.

Waited a few minutes for service while the manager gossiped with the cashier. When the cook informed them there were customers waiting, she finally came over. Since they keep the bathroom locked, I had to ask for a key. The manager informed me I had to order and get my food before she would unlock it. Food wasn’t fresh, but no surprise there. I’d give it 0 stars if I could, purely for the rude manager.
