I’ve always had a soft spot for Burger King even though I worked there from 2003-2008. I’ve always liked the food and that hasn’t stopped to this day. My go-to is always a double cheeseburger made into a meal, and I replace fries with a 4 piece chicken nugget. The renovated building looks great too! The whole front line was pretty much high school employees. They are new employees since the business just had to go through a whole rehiring process of new employees and they were trained for the grand opening. Give these kids a little patience if they aren’t as fast or struggling taking an order. I’ve been there so I know how that goes. Other than that I had a pretty streamlined experience ordering and getting my food. I will definitely be back for the occasional double cheeseburger

I ordered the $5 for 2 Whopper Jr burgers with cheese and bacon. I ordered them PLAIN. That means nothing on it. But I get home and find I just don’t have ketchup or mayo on it. EVERYTHING else is there that I didn’t want. Frigging tomatoes, onion and lettuce leaving me a soggy damn bun.

Going through the drive through as I am ordering the gal taking my order doesn’t respond, so I ask her if she got what I ordered. After ignoring me she continues. I ask her if she ignored me or just couldn’t hear me. Again she ignored me. So I continue on letting it go. As I finish ordering my food she asks me if that completes my order. I told her I don’t know I cannot see my order on the screen. She ignored me again and told me to pull forward. And this time I got a little upset and confronted her again. Then the assistant manager came on and yelled at me not to talk to his employees like that. I pulled forward a bit nervous that the assistant manager would yell at a customer. As I pulled up to the window the man who had just yelled at me was waiting in the window. Concerned I stared recording the conversation, and after telling the assistant manager I was recording the conversation. He deceived he’d refuse me service. Good job at serving your customers. Ignored me several times and when I brought it up I become the bad guy. This is a toxic environment.

Although it’s been remodeled. And everyone there is new. The service was nice, but the food was sub-par. Little to no bacon on the bacon cheddar Whopper Jr. Can’t advertise one thing and get what we got :/ … Long line only one register open. Most people in the establishment where upset with quality. And manager seemed unenthusiastic. Was excited to try it but was super disappointed ☹️ also witnessed a bigger dude in a bright shirt verbally go off on another employee Definitely would not want to work there just because of that alone.

From the moment I was rang in at windows till I recieved my food was 22 min. This is 3 days after Grand opening. They had no large cups, so I said yes to small but paid for large fries w meal. Got 2 small fries ( paid for large). Fries were cold. Xtra mayo was made as no mayo and food was NOT hot.. what did I wait for. i figured 22 minutes was cause everything would be HOT. What. A joke what took 22 minutes??

Sat at new drive through speaker for 5 mins and said “Hello” multiple times with no answer. The other line was having orders taken. Drove up to window and let them know I hadn’t ordered since nobody answered me. Girl at the window said “We can’t take orders at the window”. I was excited about them opening back up, but not now.
