This place is going down hill in my opinion. Last week I ended up leaving without any food and receiving a refund due to lengthy wait times in the lobby. The manager on duty was overwhelmed and snatched a receipt from my hands. Then this morning I ordered breakfast that was given to the customer in front of me. Fifty percent was taken off my order but my order wasn’t complete nor was it fresh as I requested. Why is it so hard to get fresh food?? I’m always willing to wait and I do it patiently. This may have been the last straw for me as I tried to call and no one answered the restaurant phone. Same with corporate. This business is more for profit than pleasing it’s customers.

This Burger King does not represent the Burger King franchise that I like. They do not open in the morning as specified like 6AM. I went there in the morning to get some breakfast and they where close and the open hours sign 6AM. I went and did something else giving them time to open when I came back 30 minutes later they still where not open (no covid issue).

This place has really gone downhill. Everyone is extremely rude especially the manager staff. My friend has always helped around here when asked yet they refused to honor the coupon that was perfectly fine. Also when we got our food it was ice cold! Not to mention that this used to be our favorite place to eat and we’ve been loyal customers for more than a year.

Your food is getting slightly better than with new crew trying but beware they don’t give out receipts so if you want to get your points you better ask for your receipt they’re notorious for not giving it they’re trying everything they can to prevent you to get anything free and with the prices rising who want to come to a place like that.

It’s probably just my imagination, but the place seems dirty. The food, not so fresh and I could be wrong but it seems like the lobby/dining room hours change from one day to the next. The employees are nice. I’ve never had any problems with them, but they seem “cold”. They are not all that friendly. They don’t seem as if they really like being there at all!
