My food was uncooked. They did not have ice cream or Dr. Pepper. The service is slow. The other burgers had so much sauce, it was not good. I called the location to tell them about my food. They did not pick up and I called multiple times.

Terrible service, they barely noticed that I was there. I had to wait a while before I could even pay, then the blonde lady who took my card walked away having never even looked at me. Waited a long while more before another lady with lime green fingernails handed me my food, also never looking at me. As I was waiting for my food I could hear the employees cussing about a customer who made them mad. As this was all so distracting I was almost home before I noticed that I never got my drink & wasn’t driving back across town to get it. Tried to call to let them know about it all but no one answered, it just rang until a message said the wireless caller wasn’t taking calls. Horrible location.

Drove up and watched the drive-through worker walk out of the weed shop next door and start smoking. As we ordered food she was still walking back into the Burger King. Got the ENTIRE order wrong. When we pulled up to the window I watched her hand out weed products to other workers clouding the female manager who was in a white collared shirt. We were missing half of our order. Didn’t feel like going back to deal with people who considered getting weed in the middle of their shift more important than serving their customers right. I don’t mind the weed smoking just maybe get some priorities.

Girl in counter with no smile and sour attitude needs not be behind counter, maybe she can clean the area and the poor cook on back with a great attitude and smile should be behind counter. Had to repeat my self 3 times asked for no ice on drink and still got a full cup of ice. She forgot 1/2 of my order, is this place drug testing or know who they hiring ???

I ordered the $18 meal deal, which was supposed to have a Whopper I got the double cheeseburger a piece nuggets small fry small drink and a Hershey’s pie. When doordash delivered my order I had no Whopper and no Hershey’s pie… This mail was going to feed two people now one person has no food. I was on the phone for almost a half an hour with doordash and they will not give me a refund. Have the orders anymore from these fast food places are missing something or have the wrong items. And I am tired of doordash not standing behind the restaurants and giving the customer a refund when they don’t get an item or get the wrong item. This is the second time this Burger King has messed up my order in the last couple months. I will not be ordering from them ever again.

Been here a couple times because my brother loves Burger King but everytime no one answer the drive thru, I sit there waiting for a while and when they do answer they get the order completely wrong/missing items, would not recommend coming to this one I don’t know who manages this place

First of all couldn’t get the order right. Second couldn’t swipe the card had to do it twice . My wife ordered a lettuce wrap they don’t go it. So they said the would put it in a box (whopper w cheese) didn’t give us napkins or a spoon when he offered one at the point. The food was terrible. My kids ordered cheese burgers the pickles were sweet. When I don’t remember any other burger king with sweet pickles. The sauce ketchup mustard was dry. Didn’t have there game up to par. I like the BK on Oakdale Rd. I will not go again.

Nothing was available which was not shared but one item at a time as I tried to order it. We are not “out of fries” we are not able to fry anything because the oil is bad. It took 30 minutes to order, figure out what wasn’t available, and finally get one cheeseburger to take home to my roommate. Ridiculous!

Straight up stole money from me. Charged my card $20.01 for a whopper and fries, no receipt. Tried to call and just rings and rings with no answer. I think I’ll actually complain to corporate about this location.
