I’ve been here a few times now the first 2 time the service was good and food freshly cooked. The last 2 times I’ve been here the food tastes stale. I got kids meal and fries and chicken for my kids and it’s not edible the fries were cold and stale like it was sitting out for a few hours, the chicken fries were really dry and hard like it was cooked earlier in the day and was left out all day.

I went through the drive-through. I didn’t mind it taking a minute which means the food was being made at the time of my order. If it was a quick turnaround where everything is slightly warm. So yes everything was hot and was put together right. Not like most drive-throughs when everything is sliding off the bun.

Wish I knew the names of whomever was working this Monday 12/19/22 on the night shift around 8:30 pm. They killed it though. Was worried about going to this location even though it’s the closest because of the reviews it has gotten in the past. After checking more recent reviews decided to give it a try. Worse drive thru experience ever. My husband is ordering our food while the girl taking the order kept cutting him off with a total amount when weren’t finished ordering. Then she proceeded to tell us to pull toward, pull forward after telling her repeatedly we were not finished. Then a male voice answered saying can I take your order and then I told him we just ordered and can we review our order on the screen? Then the girl answered back saying our total was $17 something. So I told my husband drive up to the window and the girl says , “ listen you’re on a timer “ that I needed to hurry up! Now I’m frustrated and I ask to speak to the manager. The guy which is named Yoseph comes to the window and tells me They didn’t take my order. I said the girl just took my order and he told me me we came to the window the order was canceled! Then when I asked if he can take my order, he said NO I had to get back in line! I then asked him who his manager was and he refused to give me the name and closed the window in our face!!! Later I find out , he’s not the manager . The manager is Julio so I asked to speak to him and he said goodbye and come tomorrow to speak with Julio! That’s insane rude and these people should not be working with the public. I am calling corporate and making a formal complaint against Yoseph that works at this location.

Drive through worker kept cutting me off while I was trying to order to the point I had to ask them to please wait a second so I could change the order since they didnt have a product on it. The food we got taste very funky. The chicken nuggets were as expected but both burgers eaten by two different people taste as if either it was messed with or the food had gone bad.
