Since I live close by, and come here often. I will say service has improved. Burgers were occasionally served luke warm and missing ingredients. But lately every thing has been fresh and warm. I don’t understand why fountain drinks are $3.00. Good selection of food choices.

First of all the manager was super rude, he kept trying to kick everyone out, saying the lobby was close even though it was barely 9:30 pm. And the manager kept on telling every worker in Spanish that it was close and all the tables were cleaned so nobody could dine in, and everything was to go. 1 homeless and 2 kids arrived around 9:40pm but they waited more than 10 minutes to get any help. At that point employees refused to help them. They said it was past the business hour and they couldn’t help them. Only by drive through ir they had cars. The kids said they only had scooters, but they could take the food to go. The manager said in Spanish we’re close they can’t get food anymore. The kids eventually left at 9:50. Homeless person stayed there trying to get food but they refused to help him as well.

I was waiting for approximately 15 minutes for my order patiently. No one helped me until then, I was then given my order all wrong. No Lettuce no onion, made poorly wrong. This was around 6:00-7pm.

Why are most people so mean?like smile and don’t be so mean when I ask nicely for a refill I don’t get it why are people so mean in customer service. Not all customers are jerks. Food was ok not hot but warm.But seriously if you don’t want to be at work go home! Don’t be rude to customers especially nice customers don’t roll your eyes… Your on the clock and me bringing my business to that specific restaurant should be appreciated. Ugh I don’t understand why people who are at work are so dam rude.
