Very rude and odd workers I’ve never had a problem with the food or quality of food but they’re not looking out for anybody they’re just there to make money I was there with my car broken down early in the morning and needed a jump and the employee sitting in their cars on their phone couldn’t help me with that even though I had the cables hooked up and ready it would have taken not even a minute or two to drive right over to my car in the big empty parking lot give me a quick jump and Go in the clock in the manager didn’t even see that it would be helpful to get my broken down car out of their parking lot I was there for hours and an employee didn’t even bother to ask me how I was doing bring me a cup of water in the 110° heat or see if I needed a jump is as if they don’t know what courtesy is or have a heart if you ask me because if I managed a place I would have ask an employee to see if that person needed help or what the issue was I think the younger generation doesn’t know what car troubles are or have an experienced them yet. That was one experience and other experience I had I ordered a simple order two for five burgers and and a small fry I waited for my order after running to my car to put my things down because I didn’t want my hands full cell phone wallet Etc the store wasn’t busy at all there was probably just one other customer that had ordered and with observance I noticed a girl put together my order because I came back in after 5 minutes it should have been done the manager had told the worker to get it done and I’m looking at her as she’s putting it together and then I walk up to get it and she said yes when I said what it was so that should have been the cue to give it to me but she looked at me funny and asked if I had my receipt and I said yeah in the car and she was about to tell me something and then the manager goes that’s the customer like unless I’m a magician I wouldn’t have known what was put in there without ordering it so the attitude I received was unnecessary especially when I had already been there earlier waiting for 6 to 7 hours for somebody to jump my car in their parking lot

Staff polite & inviting walking in. Washed my hands, restroom was quite clean. Order took a few to prepare. Not bad, just felt the onion rings & chicken fries needed a bit longer to cook, not really crispy. Food was the loss factor!

Twice now I have come and on two different occasions, I have had the rudest cashiers and it is unbelievable. Just asking for a simple sauce, apparently it’s too much of an inconvenience. I get it if you’re busy and you’re in a rush that’s understandable. But there was nobody else. The staff needs to be trained better when it comes to customer Service.

Drive further for another location there is always an issue at this one. Today I was asked to pay at second window the. Reverse to first one to get my food. Then told at first window to pull forward to the second window to get it. They are very impolite at this location every time I’ve been there. They are right by my work and have never said thank you or please. Just completely lacking in areas that other locations excelled. Revised, came back after a few months not visiting this location and received courteous prompt service!

Look, as far as I am concerned. The staff was prompt, quick to serve. Always cleaning inside the restaurant and the food fresh when served. I am very picky when it comes to the fries.
